My clerk was awesome in explaining how the SIM card worked as he replaced the new one into my other phone. I waited about 15 minutes after an easy check in.

The representatives were super informative and helpful. They were nice, friendly and understanding of my Special needs child dancing around the empty store. They made returning equipment easy and allowed me to keep the co-ax cable.

I had to get a new cable box. What they gave me had less features on it than my old one. No reduction in cost for less features. The new box didn’t have the output I needed for my TV. They told me to buy a new TV. I’m not happy.
