I couldn't have had a better buying experience at Spanos. After disappointing experiences at the major dealerships, this place was a breath of fresh air, and a hidden gem! Gordon was friendly, easy going, and at no point did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. In the future, Spanos will be my first stop!

I had a great experience start to finish. My salesman Matt Blood was very helpful during my visit and was great at following up with me after the purchase. The sale price and quality of the car I bought was unbeatable. If you are looking for a high end luxury car dealer that offers great service and quality cars at a reasonable price visit Spanos motors in Daytona. I will be visiting them again soon.

First time I've ever bought more than one vehicle from the same dealership, why? The inventory is amazing and the buying experience is simple! This family owned dealership has been doing it for 27 years and they do it right.

I just purchased a Tesla Model X from Spanos Motors. My sales rep was Gordan. Gordon and the entire team was super easy to deal with and upfront about all the cost and out the door price. They did not try to sneak extra fees in the deal which I apricated.

My experience at Spanos was extremely positive. Besides the nice selection of quality vehicles to choose from, I was extremely impressed with the no pressure sales approach and service I received from my sales person John Murray along with everyone else I encountered throughout my experience . I bought a beautiful vehicle at a very fair price.

The people there are very nice. The car they sold me is a lemon. I purchased it in October 2022 and held off writing a review. Almost one week in we had a heavy rain and the convertible top leaked. They offered to pay to fix it so I took it to DeLand and it was fixed however, it has started leaking again in the exact same spot. Since then, I have had to replace tires, multiple sensors, and I'm about to pick it up from the repair shop, again, this time at a total of $1600 - for a bad coolant pump and windshield wiper pump!! I've put almost $4K into this car on repairs and replaced parts in less than 2 years. Very disappointed.
RESPONSE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: We barely drive this car so it has taken time for some of the reset sensors to rear their head. As per the responses to other past clients, Spanos never accepts any responsibility. Spanos had to have known there were multiple sensor issues with the car (as per my new mechanic) and to say "there is no way for any dealer to have prior knowledge of something not performing" is just not accurate. Spanos' own site makes claims on how thoroughly the cars are inspected from "bumper to bumpber" and "door to door". The top issue is the responsibility of Spanos because it was broken when they sold it to me. That's why they had it parked inside with the more expensive cars. The repair shop is one they sent us to - didn't give us a choice. The top repair shop folks were very nice but said this top is obviously defective since it is now dripping in the same place again. Not their fault. The tires on front were both replaced two months after purchase so Spanos sold them to us that way. Are you saying the pre-inspection can't identify bad tires? So much for the "incredibly thorough vehicle inspection". As for the "post sales service protection" most folks know these are scams and from the other reviews about the service Spanos provides, that is a correct assessment. The response here all but validates any corruption we may have suspicioned.

Please save yourself the hassle and don't make the mistake I did of doing business here. I requested a certain bank to be financed through, they went totally around that request and chose a bank with a full percentage point higher interest rate. They directed me on how to transfer the tags which didn't work because trade in was in wife's name and new car is in my name. GM there has no clue how to run or maintain her business. 3.5 weeks later there's a new hoop to jump through on the tags and registration now. Please save yourself the hassle and don't do business with this circus, worst buying experience of my entire life hands down

Spanos has high-quality vehicles (not a lemon orchard) and pleasant, professional staff. However, their administrative paperwork processing procedures could be improved. I experienced excessive delays when picking up my vehicle because the required paperwork wasn’t prepared even though I provided requested advance payment confirmation documentation and other necessary information for tax and title purposes.

Last week I purchased a 2020 Range Rover from Spano's Motors in Daytona Beach.
From not having to fight Orlando traffic or Orlando costs to being in a very relaxed, unpressured environment with a terrific sales specialist, John Murray, this entire car-buying experience was the best I have ever had.
John is so down to earth, honest, and absolutely brimming with integrity and authenticity that he seemed more like a friend than a salesperson within moments of meeting him.
However, his decades' of experience in the local automotive industry and thorough knowledge of vehicles, trends, and performance, in addition to other pertinent details, were extremely evident and helpful. He knows how to balance all of these attributes so that I felt like I was being talked with, not talked at, and as though my needs were more important than his sale.
The process was smooth, easy, and comfortable.
Spanos' cars are top-notch, and the dealership's longevity, along with John's comforting approach, left me very reassured that I chose wisely.
I'm very happy that I gave up the hectic, stressful search in Orlando and headed east to Spano's Motors!!

Terrible service they’ll lie straight to your face just to get a sale. Fake prices on website to attract you and then give you a huge markup price. Don’t try to negotiate they wont budge. WASTE OF A BUSINESS AND WASTE OF TIME DO NOT GO.
