Claire was absolutely amazing!! My hair looks great. If you have blonde hair or want a fun color she does a perfect job and knows what she’s doing. Really recommend going here

We were very disappointed in our services. We are from out of town, attending a wedding, and we wanted to come get styles and curls. There was 4 of us all together. Extremely over priced. One girl they charged $95 for a “evening style” when all they did was curl the hair.
The stylist didn’t even ask my sister what she wanted when she wanted beach curls. She blew dried her hair straight. Not even in a blow out & charged her $60 for straight blow dried hair. We’re so confused. My family is hair stylist so we understand pricing and how things works.
My sister in law, same thing, didn’t even ask her what she wanted and blew dry it pin straight. There was a problem with the check out system at the end and my sisters stood there for 10 minutes while the owner showed her clients her new espresso martini recipe, ignoring them, knowing that we were on a time crunch.
She was also drinking while at the salon by the end slurring her words. We called the salon to let them know we were unhappy and the older lady who answered told us we can come back and fix it. We told her multiple times that we had to go to a wedding and she continued to argue with me and telling me to come back.
So disappointing when we were so excited to get our hair done for a family wedding. We would like refunds for this terrible experience.

Always have loved this place, when it comes to hair cuts and color. Not sure what happened this last time, but unfortunately I won't be back.
The 1st 3 photos were immediately after leaving salon taken in my car, before I pulled off. The rest of the pics are before. I feel like there isn't much difference. My main reason for going was bcs I wanted less blonde on top. Low lights and chunky highlights. Anyways it cost me 450.00 it's never cost me that much just for partial highlights and roots, a trim that took 5min . I'm not sure what happened but I'm definitely upset about having to find a new spot. 450.00 bucks and there is barely a difference

Came here with my boyfriend and we both got haircuts. Didn't get what we asked for AT ALL. I wanted a trim and the lady cut way too much off. I asked for long layers and she cut layers so short I could barely tuck my hair behind my ear. Extremely disappointing. It has been months since getting cut here and my hair is still a mess due to this haircut!Service: Haircut
