I've left messages on answering machine. I've called and talked to the receptionist, who said they would return my calls. Nothing. Thia company is worthless.

Back in 2014 when my company was first established I was referred to Seabreeze bookkeeping by my insurance agent. I had a meeting with the owner Susan. I explained to her that I was young (26 years old at the time) and new to everything that involved being self employed. I explained that I was referred by a friend of hers (Brenda from Town and Country insurance) and that I needed guidance. She assured me that she would be able to give me the guidance and bookkeeping support that I needed as a new business owner and sub-contractor. Long story short she let my business fall behind 3 years on taxes. Every time she needed payment to do something she wanted a $1,000 check. A few months ago I started receiving letters from the IRS because her office let me slip through the cracks. Every time I requested that Susan call me it was ignored and I did not receive the return call I requested. The office never picked up a phone once during 2018 or even sent an email to say “hey we never filed your taxes for 2017â€...what kind of service is that!? I will be filing complaints with BBB and all other governing agencies that monitor this type of behavior. I will also be seeking legal council to re-coop any money I can because I feel that I have been SCAMMED. This office does not believe in customer service and they will let you simply walk out the door when you bring these things to their attention. She was immediately argumentative when we had our meeting today which is what promoted me to leave this glowing review. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from Seabreeze bookkeeping, unless you like to feel like you've been treated like dirt and ripped off!

The lady who answered my call (who I assume is admin) was pretty nice but the actual tax "expert" was super dismissive. Hung up on me before our conversation was even over.

not only did this place totally screw up my personal taxes and my business taxes and cost me a near Fortune lost my health insurance but then when I went to go back and sit down and find a remedy for the problem I was threatened that they would call the police on me for no reason this place is a joke him and his wife if that's his wife are running a complete scam on people by the time you figure out what has happened with the IRS and how much money you owe them I went from owing the IRS $21,000 to ownig them 500.00 do to the fact that they completely screwed up my taxes I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy and yes they will see me in the future with my lawyer
