Horrible experience here. Stayed for a night, when we first walked in our room we seen GUM on the bed frame, hairs on the pillow cases along with some brown stains, pillows were torn up. THE BEDS were absolutely DISGUSTING. There were stains in the sheets and the comforters of BOTH BEDS, and when we go to the office to ask for some clean sheets and a comforter they “have none available.” Then at checkout the next day a different guy working in the office charged ME for the stains in the sheets that were there before to begin with that they wouldn’t do nothing about and for using a towel! Are you kidding me?!?!So needless to say this place is disgusting and unsanitary. There are also roaches. A HUGE waist of money! Very disgusted. I give 0 stars. This place is a joke ??

The room was dirty and had lots of bugs. It was also so overcrowded with old furniture you couldnt move. There were cigarette burns everywhere, even on the bedding and appliances. Electrical outlets didn't work. I got one to work with some jimmying but I didn't feel it was safe. Microwave didn't work well but if you hit 30 second button repeatedly you could warm something up . Service was good with one young man who worked there but everyone else was rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel like I was bothering them and they didnt like it one bit. They advertise free wifi but they didn't supply it. If you sit out by the office you might be able to get some. The only good thing about it is the location. But you better be a tough cookie to be able to tolerate everything else.

No, it's not the Waldorf Astoria. The rooms are not spic and span clean or recently remoded.But the experience... Directly across the street from the ocean. Beautiful architecture and lighting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Stop worrying about the lumpy bed and walk across the street. And all for a budget price. I enjoyed my stay here.

I was a bit worried cause I saw reviews with people talking about roaches but it was great, clean room good price right to the beach clean pool, it ain’t the ritz Carlton obviously but it was perfect for me.

Room had mold all over the curtains, smelled terrible, ended up moving to a different resort. Staff was very unhelpful and rude.

At first impression you might think this place looks like a dump but looks can be very deceiving. It is actually a pretty cute place, relaxing atmosphere, and pretty laid back about their pool hours. If you don’t have a lot of money to spend but still want a decent place to stay, I definitely recommend this place!

Roaches, ROACHES , ROACHES EVERYWHERE, the rooms are cheap for a reason but 127 is not cheap enough for a room with icky sheets with dirt and streaks of a thick liquid substance on them bad AC and a big bug problem. I had no broom or nothing to clean the roaches up after I killed 5 big ones at once in just the bathroom… imagine the rest of the night, I eventually had to spend more money on a Lyft to 711 and back to buy roach spray and I had got more sheets for the room. I told the man who checked me in and we talked about a refund at check out the next day, check out comes and the lady at the office forgot English all of a sudden!! Don’t book here no need to look at any more comments.

Worst experience I ever had with a hotel. Hugh roaches all over the place the bed was so dirty and smell bad we stood there for couple of hours and as we were leaving an estranger was sleeping right in front of our hotel window. Do your self and your family a Hughe favor “DON’T DO IT”

The dude working front dest comes up to my friend and I and looks at us and say "no huhhuh no way"When we asked what he said we don't serve this here. (My friend Is a guy as well) so you know it was something about us being gay. Then he decides to give us a price that was 40 more then what was advertised online and a ridiculous security deposit. We walked away and when we did he started to follow us.I'd be careful booking with them for your own as well as your family and friends saftey

The room was clean but small. The curtains were cut across the air conditioner. We're frayed the bathroom is very small. There was no cabinet under the sink. The shower was terrible. The water pressure was terrible. The pool is hard to get into. You have to stop at the office to ask them how to get the gate open and the lady was quite rude when I first checked in. If you make a reservation, plan on spending another $20 when you get here there is no door knob on the bathroom and it don't lock

Its in prime location.. but customer service very bad no.. manners on how to talk to customers.. no smile.. during check out.. had to wait 30 mins..no one to receive call .the receptionist was sleeping badly till 9 on sunday bed sheets were not clean..Hey guys … need good customer service with smile…. We not living free…

Friendly style they made my state Pleasant AC work great hot water was great microwave was a plus and refrigerator with a plus and the swimming pool was an added bonus enjoyed my stay here I think the price was a little high thoughNearby activities: The beach was just across the street from the motel very convenientWalkability: Lots of restaurants but you do have to walk to them or drive to them yes 5 minutes from the motel
