waited on a line for 20 goddamn minutes to be told they have no ice cream. never coming here again. screw this place. awful service don't come here 0 stars i am LIVID. 0 out of 10. fix your goddamn crappy cafe. also, lines are outrageously long. service is horrible. their employees should be fired. terrible customer service. i'd drive 60 miles to another sam's. worst one i've been to.

We live out in the sticks. So, we order all our groceries for the month online with Sam's. Drive over the next day, pick groceries up. Then, it's an hour back to the country. Works out good for us. Not feasible to go to the store every week with these Biden gas prices.

Went shopping at 4pm, was busier than it normally is for a Sunday. Had people saying excuse me, as they plowed their way past me. People don't know what EXCUSE ME MEANS. It means you stay and wait until the way is clear for you to go. I'm guessing they drive their car the same way. A bunch of rude shoppers yesterday, can ruin anybodies shopping experience. Then at checkout, my tomatoes would not scan. Held up line trying to get employee to fix it, she was helping someone else and just walked away. When I got back to my register, I had to rescan all my items again. I did talk to the employee, she apologized, but I had to leave without my tomatoes. Frustrating, since I drive 65 miles r/t to shop there. Think about an alternative store to shop at next time. Or just not renew my membership this year.

I ordered my groceries online for pickup. I got the message but it was ready. I arrived shortly after and waited 45 minutes. After the first 35 minutes I called to the customer service people inside and told them that I've been waiting so long and they cut me off and said "We are sending someone outside" and didn't even ask what my space number was. He was extremely rude on the phone. Granted 45 minutes of waiting is extremely excessive however if someone answered the phone and could nicely explain to me the reason why; short staff, screw-ups, whatever. I'm sure I would not be this upset.I watch the person slamming into the back of the trunk. Fingers crossed when I get home The eggs and other things are still intact.Edit- good news, only lost one egg!
