Very helpful and friendly. Stopped here because my tire sensor went off as low pressure, but I didn't have a guage to verify. They checked to confirm and filled it back up for free. Tyler was very kind and helped me out in a bind. Much appreciated ?

Hard NO. They don't want to sell you anything here! They tell you that they want to "replace" the item on display before selling you anything. What kind of place has a display item with a sale sign and not selling it? Thanks for sending my business to Costco! Can't wait until they open up in Daytona to keep spending my money there instead!

Very nice people work there and a very clean store. I feel like the food court closes about 3 hours before the store closes for 'cleaning' but I think the only reason you go to a club store is for the rotisseries (Usually out) and the food court. Very nice store, I just feel like the staff is alway trying to 'go home'. Just a feeling.

I have been to multiple Sam's Clubs in 3 different states. I have had a Sam's Club membership for about six years. This club is by far the worst one I have been to. There have been multiple occasions where I have bought (or almost bought) a product that was either poorly packaged, expired, or rotten. I understand that may not be the store's fault but it's still the club's job to ensure the product doesn't hit the shelf or to take it off the shelf when something is not up to code. Products are often left on shelves damaged. It's not just one either. It's often multiple packages are left damaged for people to continue to purchase. I recently walked into the store to find a pallet load of leaking Swiffer Wet Wipe boxes left out to be purchased and no nobody was there trying to clean them up. The store did not seem to care if they were to be purchased even though the boxes were badly damaged. A couple weeks before that an entire pallet load of Pesto had bad seals that lead to a very apparent leak over the floor. It's one thing to see one bad "egg" every once in a while but when you continually see pallets of product either damaged or expired sitting. That's not good quality assurance.

I like this place there is 46 bags of takis for $18 at Walmart 15 bags for $25 so this is why I like it

Nice Sam's Club. Good selection, good prices, and friendly employees. I come here about once a week - I always end up buying more than I intended - lol. Love the pizza - I recommend just buckling, and buying a whole fresh pizza. The wait is only about 10 minutes, and the leftovers are amazing! Happy shopping!

I canceled my membership in 2021 because they were unreliable. I made the mistake of rejoining this month. First order I place and they can’t get it right. If you order 10 items how hard could it be to count to ten when they are putting it in the car.

Drove all the way to Sam's to try the Birthday Cake Sundae stood in line for 20mins only for them to say they're out. Order my daughter a brownie sundae taste it, decide I'll order one for myself. Get back in line for another 10mins only for them to be out of brownies.

Their prices are certainly better than most other places including wholesalers. But the staff there has a Walmart syndrome they either randomly point in any direction when you ask for stuff or they don't want to help at all.

One of the cleanest Sam's Clubs that I have seen in a while. Store was quite organized and efficient with shopping needs. Lots of different options. Jack, in customer service, was one of the most helpful and friendly associates that we met. He was understanding, quick to answer questions and very congenial. Made the experience much better.

Right as we started our vacation we had one of the worse experiences but however we came out safe. We had a blowout on the hwy after hours and only Sam's tires was open till 7pm. It took forever for a tow to come, traffic was horrible and our family was in the car on side of the road. Thanks to Dustin and Alex at Sam's for staying after hours to service us that meant the world!!!!
