I set the appointment through my geico app, and it was set but you really need to pay attention to your emails, they do not call to update you it’s all email, they only have a automated system to answer and you never really get to talk too an actual person until you arrive for dropping off and picking up your vehicle. Which was pleasant easy and fast both times, thank you for your service.

Bad experience. I should say, five bad experiences.First, I was talking to the Safelite call center and trying to decide whether to "repair or replace". I asked if a repair would make the crack less visible and was told it would. The technician came to my home and I asked again whether the repair would make the crack less visible. He said it wouldn't make the crack less visible at all and I was told the wrong thing. So I made an appointment for a full repair which needed to be done at the shop for calibration.As I was on the way to the shop for my appointment they called and said they were delivered a damaged piece of glass and needed to reschedule and order another one. Ok, I'm glad they checked the glass. We agreed that when the new glass came in they would call me for another appointment.They called the next day for another appointment, which I made. Just to be safe I asked them to confirm that the glass they were showing in stock was not the same damaged piece. It turned out it was, so we had to reschedule.The next day they called me to reschedule and again I asked them to confirm it was not the damaged glass. It was. Both times I would have made the 50 mile round trip to Daytona again for nothing.They called again on a Thursday, said they had the new glass and could I come in the next day on Friday. I couldn't so we made it Monday. I went on Monday, and they DIDN'T HAVE THE GLASS AT ALL ! No phone call to me. It apparently got returned to the warehouse in Jacksonville because "they can't store glass" at the Daytona location. (Remember, this is a glass place...)I was not available to continue this circus until the following Monday. Paul told me he'd order the glass on the Saturday before so it would not automatically be returned to the warehouse, and would call me by 3 pm that Saturday to set a time on Monday. No call came on Saturday.I called the Monday after and they said they had the new glass (it was a secret) and scheduled yet another appointment for Wednesday. When I got there on Wednesday they looked at the glass and said this one too was damaged. They apparently hadn't checked it's condition in advance like they did the first time and I again left work and came up there for nothing.Game over. I moved my claim to another glass company. I wasted a ton of time due to Safelite's dumb procedures and defective products. Customers in their waiting room shared similar horror stories. Run.. don't walk.

Have struggled unsuccessfully to reach a human. Completely unfriendly phone and online interface. Rubber gasket around my windshield is cracked and decomposing after Safelite replaced my windshield. No way to get them to even respond to a question.

Showed up for an appointment at 2 and didn’t get in until 3 and then asked them if they could give me a piece of 3m tape for my dash cam. Which they said they already replaced but the next day my dash cam fell off from the 3m tape not being replaced.

How do you get in touch with this place for warranty work when they messed up your windshield twice and now it's still leaking and you can't get in touch with them. Maybe corporate could help with this

Went there today hey told me I had rust where the windshield goes I was right across the street they took one look and said they couldn't do it I went home took off the weather strip around the windshield no rust at all and they were trying to convince me to go to the body shop down the street the windshield just needs to be sealed no cracks
