Absolutely terrible. The wait time was astronomical, even though I had an appointment. They’re more worried about what pizza they’re getting for lunch as opposed to timely and efficient service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Miserable experience. Everyone in this office looks and acts miserable. You can hear the head woman screaming in the shop area. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Stopped in to have a simple chip repair, have had probable 30 done in my lifetime and never had any issues. First time repair on this vehicle and they broke it. Then the boss man wasn’t even man enough to speak to my face and nor where they about to take any responsibility for the mistake. He said he would be more than happy to replace the windshield at my cost. Wow great that’s exactly why I came in to prevent the issue. Good bait and switch, why only get paid to repair the windshield when you can “accidentally” break it and sell them a new one, right boss man!

I have a 1993 Dodge stealth twin turbo which is an extremely rare and fast car. It is also a 31 year old car and this was the original factory windshield that broke.
Austin from safelite in Holly Hill came to my house on time, very friendly and ready to work. He knew exactly how to remove and replace my broken front windshield, with a brand new windshield. And he did this entire job without causing any damage to my 31 year old outside trim/molding. He is a very nice and professional young man. He deserves to be praised because he likes helping people.

Echoing what others have said, do not use this location. They say nice words, but their service is terrible. I dropped my vehicle off before 8am. At 4:15pm (they close at 5), I called customer service on the Google number, because no local number business card was given when I dropped it off, and was told it was ready.
I arrive at 4:50pm to be told they haven’t even started. I was told 45min-1 hour at 5pm. So I leave. They then call me at 5:20pm to say it’s ready?
The quick 20 min windshield job is apparent with the black fingerprints on my headliner and stickers pulled from the old windshield placed on this one (not needed nor requested). The full camera and mirror system is also not fully connected to the headliner. I’ll NEVER deal with this location or possibly Safelite ever again. Save your time and hassle.

Cannot find this place by the address for the GPS. It's bad enough I've tried for 3 Days to call this location in Ormond Beach and cannot get anyone.
