Went to look at for trucks for my company. Needed something with a good price. I get there on a Saturday and Chandler told me a price for a truck they just got in on a trade. The battery was shot so I couldn't purchase Saturday. I was told to come back Monday and they would have a new battery for it. Monday comes around and I'm told that "the owner can't sell it for that price" and it would be $2000 more.
Poor business practice to give a customer a price, and then change that price when I went to actually pay for it.

I couldn't be more impressed and appreciative for what Chandler, and this dealership did today. He was already with another customer and still made sure we were acknowledged and welcomed, when we arrived. The process was a little difficult, but he assured us that he could make something happen. Not only did he hold up his word, he also worked magic and took care of us. I've been to a lot of dealerships in the past, but this was, by far, the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. If you need something, please go see Chandler.

Riviera has a reputation in town as the best used car dealership in town and the best used car dealership in town for second (and even third) tier credit. They live up to their reputation with extremely clean, mechanically sound cars and an amazing staff. It's a no pressure environment and they are ready to go when you are. They have a wide range of financing options for all types of credits and even do on the lot financing if they can't get you done outside.
