Today was the first time in 9 years of being in business that I ventured down to the Restaurant Depot Daytona store. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience as I’m use to the “hell hole” RD in Jacksonville FL is. Never again will I bring my business to the Jax location after discovering the enjoyable experience the Daytona store gave me. What stood out to me the most while shopping at the Daytona store was the cleanliness of the parking lot, the organization of the shopping aisles (not to mention every single product was front & center on the item racks), and the customer service I was presented. Big shoutout to Joe who cashed me out upon checkout. He is the man and made my visit to this store change my mind about the Restaurant Depot brand. If you’re able to shop at this branch in Daytona, I highly recommend it as you’ll receive an amazing and pain free shipping experience. Thank you RD in Daytona!!!

My first visits was a nice pleasant transaction but What a shame of this store on my recent visit, there’s nobody that know something about their own products even asking to two different people, and yes careful with Dave that it’s a really rude associate there, he jump to argue with me from the other side of the aisle to yelling to us and that we can’t inspect or see what the boxes has, come on chill Sr., I am the customer think is fair to make sure that the product you have is what we are looking for, and yelling to the customers that we should ask you before, we’ll we ask you about where was the baby back ribs and your straight answer was I do not know nothing about it. Well I’m gonna be thinking twice before visiting that store again just for that incident with this guy having such a rude attitude with me.

Was recommended to come here for supplies of new restaurant opening soon. Walked in the door and didn’t see anyone to point me in the right direction. I wanted more info on their membership and to see what sets them apart from other businesses that are similar. I walked up to the managers area thinking it was a customer service area. There was a man behind the glass that looked at me several times and completely disregarded me standing there. I ultimately walked away once I realized he would be of no help to me. Not a good look. Especially for someone that’s never been to one of these before.

I've given this location multiple tries. They just can't get it together. It's one thing when you're not stocking the shelves because of supply chain issues. I get that. But their customer service is absolutely horrible. I went in and bought 4 items. 4! They charged me incorrectly and then gave me really bad attitude when I made them refund me the extra stuff they charged. When you walk in the store it's like you're inconveniencing them, that's the feeling you get. It's sad that locals still have to drive to the Orlando location to get supplies and good service. I hope they do something about the staff and management. By the way management did not apologize and also made me feel like I was a nuisance. Absolutely horrible experience, on multiple occasions. Even my employees complain about having to come here.

I went back for incorrect charge I got not only the bad attitude I got curse and insult until I left.I even heard employee keep curse at me out side parking lot.At those reviews I am not the only one had this issues.I hope management will address this issues
