Excellent customer service - I had a question about replacing 4 tires on my Honda Accord. I made a stop to talk to the manager. He was so helpful and caring, he did make me feel as a VIP. I recommend everyone to experience the service at Store0330. All would be glad they do, guarantee.

Worst company ever. Run!! DO NOT get your tires here. They are out to harass you. I’ve made every payment on my tires for 4 months. Haven’t missed a single payment. But I was out sick for 2 weeks and missed word due to Covid. I tried to communicate with rent a wheel. Alan who answered the phone Thursday told me he can work with me if I paid $20 and then Tuesday paid $32- I’d be okay until my next check. Tuesday comes and I’m getting harassed by this company first thing in the morning. Not to mention they’re asking me for $50 instead of $30 now. When I’ve already paid $20 thursday to Alan. Alan made a payment agreement with me and Luis and Davon are saying he is not in the store and are refusing to honor it. They’re saying I need to make my full payment by end of today and are not willing to work with me. I haven’t missed a payment from these guys ever. Worst company to do business with. Whatever you do, do not communicate or work with Luis or Davin. They will cut you off and argue with you on the phone. Worst customer service.
I had Phil call me back and fix the problem. He has me on the same agreement that Alan did and did not cut me off or argue with me unlike Luis and Davin who harassed me. Luis and Davin are going to run this company to the ground. I’ll make sure none of my friends of family go here.

Great guys working at this place. I bought a lug set fron them years ago and I lost the keys for it. Went to purchase another and they kindly replace it without hesitation and gave it to me free. I offered to pay but they said happy birthday. I was shocked but very grateful ??. Kudos ? to the great staff working there.

I was passing through and felt that my wheels needed balanced, stopped into Rent A Wheel and the staff was very courteous and respectful got me in and out in very quick manner I would highly recommend

Ok you guy keep making appts at 10 am and don’t open till 10:30 not kool. Yah it’s me Jade the purple rims. Come on guys you need to do better. And your boy is inside and won’t answer the phone. I love you guys but this is not ok.
