I moved from Las Vegas to Florida and I was skeptical about using moving companies. But I spoke with real time and they used my worries and explain the process and exactly how it would be done. They packed up with 3 bedroom house and loaded it all in 5hrs time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a company that listens and does a great job! Real time fan 4 life!!

Great company they did our local move from Daytona Beach to Miami and it turned out great. We had them pack everything for us and it was the best idea EVER!!! Jake, Donovan and Chris were excellent at their job and so polite and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Don’t waste your time with Real Time Relocation! Terrible experience! We were guaranteed to have our furniture and items delivered a day or two after we had moved. Being told they could make it happen with the quick delivery was the only reason we went with them, which ended up not being true. However, in their contract, it says it’s anywhere from a 2-21 day window. They were terrible with keeping us informed and the third party (Fragile Moving) they use couldn’t give us a confirmed delivery date. We were calling and emailing them to find out the status and it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of update. After our furniture and boxes were moved into the truck. They were then taken to a warehouse in Hackensack, NJ and everything was taken out of the truck and sitting there for a week. We were calling and emailing them on updates and no one could give us a confirmed delivery date. All they gave us was a 3-day window of when our furniture and boxes would be delivered. After expressing the inconvenience and poor communication, they weren’t even willing to work with us on lowering the remaining balance. The customer service agent was stern and didn’t care that we were misled and lied to. At the end of the day they’re a business who only cares about making money and not the customer. Make sure you do your research before going with this moving company. It may seem like a really good deal but they base it off of cubic square footage, so if you just tell them your furniture and number of boxes you’re in for a surprise. Because during the quality assurance call is where they actually go over EVERYTHING with you again, so anything that was missed on the first call with that dispatcher will be added on, and your new estimate will skyrocket to an additional $2,000 or more.

This company was amazing! I moved all the way from Jersey to Florida and it was a last minute move. The guys that showed up were awesome! Not only did I call them 2 days b4 my move 2 days later when they arrived they were militant in their process. Packing a four bedroom house with three floors in a day! And 5 days later When my stuff arrived, everything was in the same shape. It was the day we left. Their packing service was amazing and I can't speak higher about any other moving company And would have them move my 94 Year old mother!

I spoke with Greg he was very helpful great customer service. Sounds like a real people person very patient and thorough on how their services work. For being a first time quote he gave me a good idea on how everything thing work and what their services provide and his quote was free of charge. Awesome person great customer service!

This company is absolutely amazing. They did such a great job with my move from Tennessee to Florida. I do see some negative reviews on here but I could tell you from my own experience. This company did a great job. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs, and I would strongly suggest that you let them do all the packing for you like they did for us. Not one thing broken not one thing damaged sure the move did show up two hours late but it was fully understandable after speaking to the driver great job, real time relocation

They were very professional, took excellent care of our items, including a stand piano. They worked extremely hard and I never felt like they were doing anything but the best work. Please give them your business because they deserve it.

What an amazing experience we had with this company. The professionalism alone just makes me wanna move again. I would highly recommend this company. If you’re moving anywhere in the United States, they moved our stuff all the way from Washington state to Florida and let me tell you I was very impressed. If you were a family member I’m moving at any point in time I would definitely select this company. What a great job and oh my God the customer service was amazing. The owner is one funny guy his wife was so funny but let me tell you they did great .

RUN and DON’T STOP. We hired them to move my deceased Father’s belongings/memories from Florida to Ohio. All the boxes and belongings are smashed and his favorite TV the screen is separated from the TV. His brand new $4,000 bed is squished, distorted and lumpy. Not to mention the quoted price and final price was greatly increased. My items were held hostage on the truck until I paid cash or Zelle and of course we paid it to get my Dad’s belongings. This is beyond upsetting and my Dad’s memories are gone. Please help

Be careful if you book through this company. Everyone has been polite enough, but some things to note. First off, book moving companies to move your stuff and you don't know who it is until a day before, so you can't research them.In the initial estimate they only asked us about furniture items and assumed we had 30 boxes even though I mentioned we probably have more. They told us we should be fine and not to worry as its a binding rate. So when they did our QA call 5 days before the move they asked us every single item that wasn't on our inventory. They ended up charging us 2 grand more because of this, and we had no way of backing out because our move was fast approaching and we weren't able to get a refund or find another moving company.We're now waiting for all of our stuff at our destination which is probably going to take over a week to recieve after already being here, even though from the first phone call they initially told us we would be put on a route that is going straight to our destination. We feel taken advantage of since we had no time to choose another mover by the time we got sucker punched and the transparency with our movers on the delivery date has been pretty much non existent.We had three other estimates that we regret not using, where we wouldn't have had to end up paying a lot more money and wait TOO LONG for all of our stuff. You might have better luck but we haven't.
