I had a very good experience, I appreciate all the phlebotomists being there on a Saturday. Everyone was very nice and prompt, and though they were clearly short staffed it didn’t affect the quality of care I received. Thank you for making a nerve wracking experience so calming ☺️

They were running about 10 minutes late but my visit still went smoothly and the technician was cordial and worked quickly to get me out the door
