Arrived day/time of my appointment at 10:10 am and my withdrawal procedure went extremely well and my attendant was extremely professional and I was on my way unless then 15 minutes ... Extremely happy with my experience !!!

My wife apparently made an appointment at another location and even though they were swamped, a person checked on it. However she wasn't all that pleasant to my wife afterwards

Not all Quest offices have staff to do all that I'm charged for when I purchase a wellness package.
It would be nice to save the $60 since I really only want the blood and urine test.
There is no option for this on your website.

Waiting room is gross. Trash all over the carpet, the chairs were dirty, etc. You can tell they don’t clean often. No trash can in waiting room. Only thing that saved the appointment was the lady was very pleasant.

This place is a joke , I signed in as a walk in at their touch screen terminal in their waiting room early morning and I got 11:40 am for appointment , I show up in time and after an hour goes by I ask the lady
who calls in the next person what's going on and she goes to check things out and comes back that they do not find my appointment at all , or just do not want to do some of their scheduled job . Go somewhere else if possible stop wasting your time like I did for half of my day .

I always set an appointment, in and out in less than 15 minutes, all the blood draws are very well done, friendly people, always!

Nothing against the staff or this particular location, but disappointed with Quest Diagnostics as a corporation. No medical receptionist, not enough seats in waiting room, always understaffed. They expect 2 nurses to be able to get through 2 dozen appointments in an hour while also processing people’s insurance and payments. I’m sure that Quest makes more than enough money to justify spending $100 a day to hire one more person.

Had to go to this location but my order was at Clyde morris Location. And different locations aren’t compatible with orders. But Talia jumped right in and between her, I and the docs office made it happen as I had been fasting for this 1:10 appointment.. lol so ended up with rock star service. Happy in Latitude Margaritville…
