Pharmacist Michael is rude revealing private info to others and very unprofessional. That's a HIPAA VIOLATION!!!
Also, kept calling me to pick up my Rx or else will be placed back. Yes put it back then, no need for patient harassment. ?

Don't trust their holiday hours. It says open until 7 pm on New Years Day, but in reality, they're closed all day. Shows how much they really care about their customers if they don't even know their own hours.

We're giving a shout out to pharmacist Michael A.! 4 of us went in Sunday for various vaccinations without appointments. (We had difficulty navigating the appointment site) He was opening for the day and he worked us in to provide a total of 8 vaccines within an hour! He waited on customers and answered questions while maintaining an air of professionalism that was admirable! Great job Michael!

Staffing is horrible, they staff people to give out samples but no one to serve the guests, unreal. Worst Publix I have been to in Florida

Pitiful!! Pitiful!!! Pitiful!!!! Worst Publix in the entire state of FLORIDA. It starts with the LEADERS/MANAGERS and trickles down to the baggers. The deli is probably the worst of the worst (other than the MANAGERS that allow the employees to be down-right-pitiful). The deli manager is truly nonexistent. The pitiful employees have no respect at all for this manager. They do as they please. Ignoring customers and bitching about other co-workers is a regular occurrence. Just plain pitiful!! If you need lunch meat sliced, you better call it in two -three hours before you plan on heading that way. Oh yea I forgot, they don't answer the phone. Pitiful!!! Being a beachside store it's always going to make money no matter how PITIFUL they are. New tourist coming into town every week will shop there however the pitifulness will damage the Publix Brand. I know nothing will be done to correct Pitifulness of this beachside store, however I feel better just putting this out there. Thank goodness they have just built another Publix in our neighboring town (Ormand Beach) only little over a mile away. Its like night and day from top to bottom.

This is what’s on my mind. I come to this store every single day. Sometimes twice. Spend a lot coin. Then I play these lotto tickets. Pick 2. Pick two numbers. Everyday I pick the same thing. 21 straight box. On the lotto app thing. Twice in a week I pick the same stuff. I get the 21 pay $2 for the ticket. So my numbers hit. I scan my ticket and it comes up as straight. I have the screenshot of the straight box when I did it. I had to talk to 3 people before I could actually talk to someone with all their Sunday afternoon I don’t what that the Hell condensation. Then it’s. We’re just a third party. (Bet Someone hits a power ball they take that check they pay). But this is my job to fix it. After just standing There long enough until someone does their job without treating me like bum, and calls the lotto because there is obviously a problem with something thats not mine, I hear her say “ yeah but then I would take a loss”. Ohhhhhhh. So screw it. Let me take the loss. Let me call the lotto maintenance people like I GET PAID FOR IT. I pay wayyyy to much for the food because you pay for service in some places. Ain’t this place. So I invite people to NOT use this place for a ticket cause I buy them everyday. I have the ticket. I have the screen shot if the scanned thing that’s says what I said and everyone is just all “I don’t care ? “. Like people don’t buy the stuff that eventually got the money to pay to run the place and pay the bad attitude that work CUSTOMER SERVICE Sunday May7th. At bel air plaza Publix. As long as this message stops $50 worth of purchases I’m good. Tired of people not doing their job and taking other peoples money for granted. Otherwise why do I pay more here for the exact same things? Can’t tip the people who do extra for you though. Oh wait. Isn’t this a Christian owned store or some crap? I don’t know but I don’t like being l treated like homless dude (because I seen them treated like crap too) anyway. Don’t spend some money here. just heard “I just scan them.” Like that means the machine isn’t in their store and they don’t make money and they don’t pay employees to run it. You know. Because it’s MY RESPONSIBILITY to take care of it. This is how I take care of it. You don’t appreciate people buying stuff because you have a bunch of store now? That “Too big” Walmart/Wells Fargo attitude. Well people are getting groceries online and there’s soon going to be a wear house that supplies it. Then your on BED BATH BEYOND status. (File bankruptcy. Like .13 shares of stock. And that’s up)

I bought a couple of items today and inadvertently, left some at the cashier area of the service desk. My initial contact was pleasant as has been my history with most Publix shopping centers. Today, upon my return to reclaim my purchase at that same "service" desk, I had a chance and disappointing conversation with a rather tall female who, in the middle of our conversation, ignored me and assisted someone else (filling out a employment application?...not sure). This "service" associate was rude and condescending and, she appeared to training or supervising a young male employee who was considerate, kind and a credit to the Publix brand. I hope she doesn't ruin him and train him in the fine art of rudeness and disservice which she showed me. Best of luck to the young (and new?) employee. Perhaps you will get a worthy supervisor in the future. Interestingly, I have been a Publix shopper in Ormond for the past 15 years; the Trails-based, the Granada beachside and the Granada inland are filled with polite, respectful, enthusiastic employees....don't know how the beachside "service" person has held on so long. Andy, Ormond/Daytona loyal Publix customer.

Love coming here for Pub Subs they are delicious just hate that it's whole 30-45 minute process because they are understaffed and the poor lady is scrambling between the 3 deli station lines. It's ashame.

Love coming here for a pub sub, but today there was a wild rat like dog walking around the store. It bit my friend's ankle. Next time I come I will be wearing boots to kick it.
