This is my second time shopping at ProSource for tile and cabinets for my bathroom. This experience did not disappoint. The expertise and service from Michele Molloy was extraordinary. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind, reliable and conscientious. She has a great knowledge of design and with each visit she went above and beyond. She is definitely a great asset to ProSource. I would also like to compliment the amazing expertise, knowledge and services of Bryan Gangl. His role is mainly to design and assist with the layout of the cabinets, but he would frequently see I was in the the store, welcome me and give my guidance.

So, Melanie Lindsey and Ray Garney saved me again. My project was in process when I was referred to Pro Source. I sure wish I knew of them, and began my project here because I am quite confident my project would have gone smoother, and completed in half the time if I had. Melanie Lindsay and her manager, Ray Garney have saved me at least 4 times in the past 2 months, each time it was an error on another vendor. They did not have to anything to help me, but did because they are professionals, committed to their clients success. Both have gone heads above what anyone could reasonable expect. I honestly do not know what I would do without them! This is not my first renovation, have done similar projects in 3 states, and NO ONE compares in terms of helpfulness and honesty. Can't thank them enough!

Michelle was so helpful. We were overwhelmed with the whole process of trying to pick out tile for shower walls, shower floor, and bathroom floor. She knew exactly where to look once we decided on a color and was so much help in putting it all together!

I really could not dream up of a better company to work with... they literally tick off every box in my head that a company should have and be... From their timely and appropriate correspondence to responding to requests, to the thoughtful help they give, and their patience, not to mention the vast quality and quantity of product they have that you can't find anywhere else. Pricing is very good too! Anyway, I can't wait to finish up my projects but I will ALWAYS be referring ProSource!
