1/24/24 Came in branch to get a replacement debit card for my business checking account. Two bank employees who did not have customers had me waiting 8n the lobby for over 30 minutes. These two employees walked around and socialized with each other as I waited for help in the lobby. This level of unprofessionalism needs to be addressed. Business customers shouldn't be left waiting in the lobby by bank employees who ate not helping customers.

Worst bank ever! Hardly any locations. People at this branch are rude and not willing to help. If you have a check that is under this bank from a car accident don't go here. They charge fees to cash their own checks. Ridiculous. Worst experience ever. Stay away.

Took my check and, wouldn't cash it Wouldn't give it back, And wouldn't tell me why? So, after 15 minutes of arguing, the manager had to come over and resolve the issue because of a computer error. I deposited the same check every month for the past 2 years. Why is there all of a sudden an issue? And the teller that waited on us had such a strong accent. I couldn't understand what she was saying.

with a Customer Service background of 35+ years, and other credential. I can honest say this is the worst bank I was ever connected to. I tried only online and ATM but finally switched.

THE BEST!! Communication and hands down best bank to build your credit with and more. Did you know that you can put your money in a savings SPECIFICALLY for bills such as rent, and more? I left Wells Fargo for PNC and I’m never going back ??

Attentive staff, kind, courteous, etc. Don't complain if you remember how long it took to deposit a check in the 90s on Friday
