The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The manager, Brooke was very helpful and knew her product line. The selection of products was plentiful. The price point was very fair, and the selection was more than adequate and up to date. The value was very fair, with several sale items available. Will definitely go back, can never go wrong with Lilly.

Lovely boutique,very nice staff,helpful& friendly. Couldn't decide between dresses,so I got them both! Beautiful things- very beachy and neatly displayed.

I came into your store with a large gift card and cash to spend and upon being in your store 20 mins not one single employee could greet me or ask if I need help etc. In fact one employee was too busy “dusting”. This is unfortunate as now I see I’ll have to continue shopping in Lake Mary or Disney Springs and I was excited as we moved to the area and it was close. I’ve been to Lilly stores from Key West to Memphis and have never been treated this way. Do better.

Spent close to $1000 at this store and one of the blouses didn’t fit the way I expected it. When I tried to exchange it they informed me that their exchange policy was 10 days, which is different from than the standard Lilly Pulitzer store. The manager was rude and scolded me for not knowing the policy. After she approved the exchange another clerk came to the fitting room to advice me that I couldn’t exchange the blouse after all, according to her, because I bought it when they offered $30 off for every $100, information that should’ve been offered before I wasted my time finding a replacement. I left with a $168 blouse that did not fit correctly because the staff did not offered a solution. I will not be coming back to the store.

So fabulous! Huge inventory. So very happy I finally made my way into this store. So much better than waiting for the long Lilly shipping times. Super friendly staff and very attentive. Loved it.

I purchased an item from the after party sale and went in to pick it up. Service was quick, but employees were not friendly and seemed indifferent and blah as if I was bothering them. Also, employees were not wearing masks. Just seems like the right thing for companies to require during these crazy times.

Hours posted here are incorrect. The store is closing at 6 pm now. This evening they closed at 5:55. I understand adjusting hours but it is frustrating to go to a store and find it closes earlier than posted.

Eva was an absolute delight to work with. Management here is very lucky to have such a kind and helpful employee on staff. She listened to my preferences and offered me so many options. She even helped my husband pick out items for me while I was in the dressing room. I look forward to shopping here again. Thank you Eva!
