When I called ahead (before leaving my checked out hotel down the strip) they said they had a room available for us. Upon taking our 12$ Uber to their rundown motel we arrived and no one was in the office or answering the phone listed on the front door. After calling Multiple times, a lady finally answered (extremely unprofessionally yelling in the background) saying she’d be out in a minute. As she was walking up to us she repeatedly said “no no no” and after we explained that we had talked to someone about staying there she replied sorry these rooms will be booked for bike week and turned around and walked away. I wouldn’t recommend this “stay” to Anyone.. would not be surprised if extra curricular activity’s we’re going on at this “motel” from the looks of it!

Clean, well priced and across the street from the beach!!! You couldn't ask for more but you get it anyways lol Avraham the owner is very accommodating and attentive, and Ms. Kelly the onsite attendant is sweet and goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. We were down for bike week but will definitely be back ??

Manager was very very rude, said they had a room available for us, when we showed up they said they're all reserved for bike week. Very dirty and run down, I do not reccomend this place to anybody.

Small reminiscent of the old motels but don't let that stop you. The rooms were clean and comfortable while being inexpensive and in a convenient location. They were undergoing some renovations and I believe the upgrades will only add to the experience.

This is one of the best motels beach side in all of Daytona Beach. Very decent prices. Extremely clean rooms. Location is excellent, right across from the beach, as well as being right next door to perhaps the best shopping plaza in Daytona ( Publix, Dollar Tree, Marshall's, Bealls, Ruby Tuesday, Amscot etc). The owners and managers are extremely friendly and helpful. All around 5 star place in my opinion.

it may not look the best out front but once you get to the rooms they are amazing. the bathrooms are spacious, the shower is just amazing, i cant even explain the beds cause they are so soft and the service from the workers are real nice, and comforting. i can say i will definitely be coming back the next time im in daytona

Paradise 770 Review-08/25/19Awesome location and awesome place to stay!!!! It is located on the “A1A/Atlantic Ave” in the famous spring break Daytona Beach area, where you can drive your 4-wheel vehicles on, pick a spot on the beach and relax your cares away or you can explore the local social scenes and night life, 1 mile down the road. The newly renovated quaint Hotel is directly across the street from the beach. You can sit outside in relaxing lounge chairs and watch the beautiful Florida sunrises, sunsets, and the stars/moon. It’s located in a quiet peaceful part of downtown, where all the local stores and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, have Wi-Fi access and come with mini refrigerators and microwaves. I slept like a “Baby” on the very comfortable bed in the nice refreshing air conditioned room. The Hotel staff is friendly and kind, always around on the premises to help you with your needs. I absolutely loved that they provided water bottles and little chocolates as complimentary gifts. This is a family type place to visit when you want to just get away from it all. I highly recommend this place to others, especially Embry Riddle Families, like me, who are going through the "dropping your child off at College event". ERAU is only about 20 minutes away and it’s a nice scenic drive to get there.Tracie Moeller-Embry Riddle Parent and Happy Visitor!

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! My husband and I have been here over a month now, there's no place I would rather stay .very quiet and safe environment!

Father and son team worked hard to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Property is a bit rough in some areas but you can tell they are working to improve it. Can't beat it for the price and hospitality. Will stay here again.

Absolutely daytona best kept secret. Abraham and ital are like family. Booked two nights and got another week. Cleanest rooms... Safe.. Quiet.. No riff raff truly paradise!! So welcoming and helpful no bed bugs no roaches just a beautiful little piece of paradise literally across the street from beach access and peacefull music playing outside just an amazing lil spot I keep coming back 100 because this place is like a home away from home!!!! The most precious and unforgettable and comfortable place ever!! Like I said daytonas best kept secret and deff the best hotel!!! You won't be disappointed with paradise!!

Very clean rooms. excellent staff. no outside noise from traffic in room. About 1 minute from the beach.
