If you can withstand all the run around, the denial on returns, returning an item and still waiting past 2 in a half weeks when you were supposed to have a credit after fighting with them and calling twice to be told they would speed the process up. Example yesterday my bf called them and advised we still have not seen our gift card for a return from Christmas (That they will not allow you to EXCHANGE just for the correct size!) safe to say we got them to honor mine after countless calls with multiple people! Still I’m waiting for my gift card we called yesterday and they stated within 24 HRS. We still sit past the 24 hr mark, with no sign of a gift card in the amount for the returned bracelet, remind you that I had to purchase from a second hand dealer! The longer Pandora Jewelry does not hold to the word, and gift us via email the gift card amount, when I’m out more money in the first place the reviews of these will continue. I’ll be on the phone first thing morning, rest assured!

I called the store earlier in the day to check their closing time, and the young lady I spoke with mentioned it was 7 p.m. Around 6:45, as I approached the door, a girl stared at me, looking annoyed and unwelcoming. Not once did she smile as I approached, nor did she stop starring. After pulling the door once, another person from the back came out and shouted, "We're closed." The customer service was disappointing. If you close at seven, consider not locking the doors 15 minutes early. This review wouldn't have been given if the place looked closed, had a sign on the door, or if someone had put on a smile and came to the door to politely say “we closed early due to …” what you don’t do is have all the lights on, be upfront on your phone allowing people to see you, and stare as they approach if your actually “closed”.

I love Pandora, just not satisfied with this particular locations service! I had went to look at jewelry in the store prior to Black Friday because I usually buy online during the sale. The lady that was helping me couldn’t even help me put my bracelets on because her nails WAY were too long she had to keep asking for help. Then I told her I was waiting for Black Friday to buy and she said the only deal we are having is a free bracelet , not really any sales . I look today and everything I bought is on sale for Black Friday. She lied to get a sale which is disgusting. Now I will drive an hour back to return !! She caused me a huge inconvenience. Her name was KianaUpdate: then you guys write below to call then no one knows why you’re calling and can help. Clearly Pandora has gone way downhill with there customer service!!

We purchased over $350 worth of jewlry. We went to take one piece back to find out you can not return items to Pandora if you've worn it even once. It was my Christmas present and I tried it on so I couldn't return it. The finish was coming off.. I will NEVER BUY SOMETHING HERE AGAIN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Every staff member in the store was incredibly rude. Tried to purchase a ring in a size 54 the lady helping us kept insisting the ring we were holding was a 54, the ring had fit a little big and we were hesitant to purchase it. Even when she used a tool to measure the ring she just ignored our hesitation and continued to insist we were purchasing the correct size. She, along with the other staff, in general, were not knowledgeable about ring sizes and were lazy about finding a size that would correctly/comfortably fit. In the end, by the time we left the store, we had the understanding that we had purchased a 54 but in reality, it turned out to be a 56. To say the least, we were extremely frustrated. In response to this, we went to The Avenues in Jacksonville, FL to either exchange and/or refund the ring, but we also had a very equally unpleasant experience due to the fact the manager refused to comply with company policy. So overall, we will not be purchasing any Pandora jewelry from now on.

Went today Saturday at 7:40pm to pick up a gift that I order online and the store was closed at that time even though it says it closed at 8pm. Very upset that I couldn’t get the gift.

Worst return policy ever!! They wouldn’t refund my item on day 37!!!! Even worse when they tell you ask you to call the corporate after your review and you realize why the store is so bad. It starts from the corporate office. Ask for a document and then tells you only had 30 days. Advised there is only 1 manager that can handle it and is never available. After 4 hrs, 3 days and multiple calls I give up. They just lost a long-time customer.
