Had some binding done at a different Office Depot store. I was not happy that the associate did not put covers on. The folks at this store happily fixed it on the spot! Awesome customer service, and VERY friendly!

I always use the self-serve machine, and sometimes the associates offer help, and sometimes they do not.

Went in for sale on 27gal totes. No greeting. Plenty of employees at check out area. I'm not sure who we're, just cashiers. Lightening poor. Atmosphere depressing. Floor display had 8 on the floor. I bought all 8. I asked if they had more. After plenty of walkie-talkie conversations, more than 2 employees offered YES. On the truck. I have no idea when they will be unloaded. They are under other items. I said I would call or come back in 24 hrs. I came back to buy 10 more. Could not find floor help. Lines were 4-5 people in line at one check out and 3 inclined at another. Male cashier has ZERO personality. Employees can only use hand carts. Waited 15-20 minutes to have someone bring it out to my car, so I went in and brought it out to my car. Then, the same cashier came out to help. I guess my 160.00 total purchase meant nothing

Just went in to get 300 copies made of participant waivers ( like I ALWAYS have for the past 2 yrs) and the manager Craig kept telling me they close at 7. I walked in that door at 625...he had 2 employees behind the copy center. He said they had other orders ahead of me....there was no1 there in the store besides 1 other customer. Now as the gentleman who was working the copy center was looking at me while changing out trash....not "working on other orders" Craig kept saying to use the self serve....no not for 300 copies when it would have taken longer then the machine that prints in 5min. For him as a manager should have been more than willing to do it himself and not lost a customer while waisting 10 min of both of our time arguing with me.

The customer service representative took the time to walk me through a printing job I needed to accomplish from my phone. I will be better able to perform this task again in the future.

Kelly in the print center was very helpful and kind to me when I needed to ship a package using fed ex. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and ship my package.

Very rude and unwill to try and help with a return or exchange for an unopened $50 pen with the recipient. Prior to buying had asked about being able to exchange because it was a gift. Was told that is no problem. Then, when it comes time to return it or exchange it, they said they can't do that. Would never buy anything from that store.

My recent experience at Office Depot was far from satisfactory. I visited the store to get some assistance with a minor printing job, which required a few adjustments like margin alignment and page formatting. What should have been a straightforward and pleasant interaction turned into an unpleasant encounter with the staff.The team at this location seemed disinterested and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I asked for help with some quick edits, their response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. They insinuated that my request to make minor adjustments was unreasonable and questioned whether I wanted to be prioritized over others in the queue.To clarify, there were no other customers present at the time, and there was no apparent urgency in serving other individuals. The staff's response felt mechanical and unaccommodating, completely lacking the basic principles of customer service. In today's age, exceptional customer service should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, this particular interaction fell far short of that standard.Office Depot prides itself on offering a wide range of services to its customers, but it's equally important that customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the scale of their request. This incident left a lasting negative impression, and I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement.I trust that addressing such issues and providing proper training in customer service to your staff can help maintain Office Depot's reputation as a trusted provider of office supplies and services. I hope this review leads to positive changes in the quality of service provided at this location and prevents others from experiencing similar dissatisfaction.

General manager was awful in the print department if it was my business I would fire him and hire someone with a lot better people to people skills he was very rude
