DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Pictures on the internet are NOT the Pictures of the actual hotel. Extremely shocked when we got off the elevator and seen the condition of the carpets. Halls smelt like urine and mold. Got to the room and it was just as bad if not worse. The ceiling falling down. The room smelt absolutely horrible. There was stains on the comforter, the carpet was stained, the bathroom had hair all in it. I would not let my dog stay here! Needs to be shut down and or fined for misleading pictures. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!Noteworthy details: Take your money somewhere else

I'm going to give it a five because it's under new management. I am flipping one of the condos. There is a huge mass of flips going on currently and it's going to be updated. The new HOA president is doing a very good job. The pool is now up and running. The tiki bar is now up and running. The Ballroom which probably can fit 30 to 50 people is going to be open soon. There is obvious Renovations since the new HOA guy came in. Due to competition I have to put porcelain marble tiles in the bathrooms. Granite countertops. White Shaker kitchen. High-end vinyl floors etc. Previous incompetency is now being replaced with competency. I am actually, now that the contractors are in my units as of tomorrow, going to help the HOA with extra work that can be done. The new president of the HOA is a mix of extremely laid-back attitude and not being a Karen and being very serious about getting the necessary stuff done. This is going to be a very very good spot within the next 6 months. Mark my words.

This is a horrible place. DO NOT stay here. They are renovating there apparently but there are no signs. The outside of the building is seriously scary. Not much work going on the building ....smells like weed. Pool and hot tub under construction. Elevators were not working all the time. Our individual unit was very nice but we could not stay there because of all of this. It was truly awful. Be warned.Safety: Doors were wide open. There was no key to get into building from street or beach. Not safe and no one cared.

Great view and access to the beach. The Airbnb representative John was very responsive with great service provided. I will return indefinitely.

Started off the day with contacting someone through Airbnb about a room. When arrived at the hotel I was informed that the room was already booked and had been booked. When waiting for an answer from the host, the gentlemen upfront contacted his manager late at night and explained the situation. The manager approved him to 1) allow us to see the room before we said yes on it 2) helped us save some money because of the situation we were in. Room is very open and cleaned however the air broke so now we are using a blow up fan to cool us down. But in the end we are happy with our stay. We have a beautiful view and we have a place to sleep without having to run around Daytona at 9 o clock at night on an extremely busy weekend. Only reason I gave 4 starts was because of the air. It’s so hot at night with me and 4 others. Other than that, definitely recommend.

The place is very dated and dirty on the outside. When you walk into the lobby it’s being renovated and so far is beautiful!! When you get into elevator it’s a shock of how dirty and disgusting it is. The smell in elevator and then when you get to the floor you’re staying on it smells so bad and the floors are trashed. I am not sure if the whole building is being renovated or what because no one has mentioned it and there are no signs. When we got to our room unit 802 it is so cute and very clean. Thank goodness that’s the only reason we stayed and didn’t leave! The owners of this unit are very nice and have answered all questions! I give the actual unit a 5 but the facility a 2 for sure. When we went down to the pool we have 2 children 3 and 6 there is black mold/mildew all in the pool. I was afraid to use it let alone my kids because I wasn’t sure if they would get sick with all that. They need to fix the halls on each floor and the elevator and the pool!! It’s disgusting at least put some signs up saying renovations excuse our mess or something. Most likely will not stay here again.Rooms: Very clean and well kept. Could use more towels.Nearby activities: Great food nearby high tide good breakfast land shark good lunch

Terrible place. Used to work here for close to 2 years but since I’m no longer there and not worried about termination, this place is truly a joke. From mold and mildew in the hallways and stairwells for years to roof damages that is causing constant leaks through the building and elevator. As well as old piping that always never got properly fixed and caused more mold. Apart of the lobby is closed due to the concrete deteriorating exposing rebar that they have yet to fix, just blocked it off months ago. Roaches are a daily sight. The entire pool deck is a complete mess, built in lights with the brick are all exposed with the plastics cracked, as well as brick literally falling out of place. Laundry room for the employees has black mold as well as the ceiling that’s collapsing. They have slapped paint and new carpet on one floor and saying they are improving the place. They will say it’s because of hurricane damages recently but in reality the damages were there before that and new board members are using that as an excuse of why the building looks the way it does. Wonder if their insurance company knows there was pre existing damages that i might have to tell them about. I advise people who have experienced the same thing to report them to health department as well as every department available to report. Don’t believe me? I got an air bnb here and this review is solely based on the hotels appearance (lobby, hallways, pool etc) and not my room because the room was not the hotels responsibility. At first glance when you walk in it looks nice but then you start walking from the lobby and it's a mess. There is what looks to be construction areas but for some reason there was never any construction workers there working on anything and there are other reviews that say there was construction going on but that was months ago so I'm assuming they ran out of money to finish what they started. The hallways were awful and so trashy. Stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, an old wet smell in the air. The hallways were so rundown and so was the elevator. Buttons were missing numbers and the numbers were peeling off. The elevator also made a really sketchy screeching sound like metal rubbing against metal. The pool was dingy too so we ended up not using it at all which was a bummer. Overall I do not recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel safe and clean during their stay.

Entire Inn is under construction, power tools running in every unit and major concrete work being done. Still the owners are renting out on Airbnb with out warning. Horrible experience.

Rented a unit through Airbnb. Entire building was under construction. Host gave no warning. Unit was completely Un-livable as there was major concrete work going on. It would so loud all day you could not think, sleep, or function. Also when it rained water came in through the closed windows. I had to collect photos and videos and meet with the Daytona Beach Shores city ordinance for Airbnb to grant my refund. Finally Airbnb made it right. Took 5 days of meetings to get my money back.

Patricia at Oceanside Inn was incredibly helpful and nice at the front desk. However be very careful when doing an ARBNB from anyone else except from the hotel itself. Get with Patricia before you do anything.We rented an ARBNB from Donna in room 513. The room was unprepared for 5 women.Not enough towels, toilet paper or dishes. The ceiling was in terrible condition. Then when we left she blocked us from posting a review because she didn't want negative feedback. All her reviews are good which makes me to believe they are untruthful.

I haven't stayed there yet but have reservations. I just wanted to thank Stephanie for her SUPERB customer service. I called the hotel to check availability and she walked me thru the process on airbnb. I had difficulty and called her back per her request and she went out of her way to send me pics of available apt/rooms. This wasn't her area of expertise as she mentioned but in the end found me the perfect rental. DO NOT let this one go. Every business needs employees like her.

Rude people coming in late woke me up. Would of be nice to know they had a shuttle for Rockville. Cost bit more to park there. Maybe a little more information on what is provided would of been awesome.Walkability: Beach is awesome to go for a walk.

We had the most beautiful views and sunsets ever! The apartment was clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated :) You can just go down for a swim :) There’s no need to drive anywhere else! Beach gear included ⛱️Rooms: Beautiful decor and amazing views!

We recently spent a couple of weeks at tone of the apartments facing the coast, coming from the winter, its was an amazing experience to enjoy the sun in the mornings and the stunning view of the beach. Our Unit was is top shape, newly renovated and very confortable. The Lobby area is also vey nice. We enjoyed walking down to the beach, just a few steps away from the property, sand is clean and great to have long walks. Highly recommended =)
