My wife went to pick up compatible garbage disposal switch for our new kitchen faucet and raved to me about the customer service she received. We know it’s a small part but she said they called the rep to get it as soon as possible for the install we are having done in 3 days. I appreciate you all treating her and my son so well and will certainly do more business with you in the future. Thank you!

Bayne Eason is extremely rude! Ask my father how can I help you and before he said anything he walked away and then went to talk to his co workers as if he wasn't standing there. He had to wait. Also refused to take a return on an item although a receipt was given AND he was the person that sold it. Indicated that he didn't remember, but the receipt says otherwise. Not friendly at all.

We needed to replace a toilet, and the local home improvement store only carries white. Would have to special order and wait 2-3 weeks. Our plumber called y'all, in the Ocala store, and got the color and type we wanted, and saved $40 on the fixture we wanted. Thank y'all, good service, good price, good product availability. Also, told us of options available in that color.
