Design made easy, the team was very helpful, even with a custom made counter, top of the line plumbing supply.

I seek out locally owned businesses and avoid big box stores when possible, but that was a mistake here. I made two separate trips looking for a faucet and RO faucet that match and was told different and conflicting things each time - that is when someone would actually try to help me. I finally found and purchased what I was looking for online, only to realize later that Morgan brothers actually carries the brand I found and didn't bother to tell me. I went a third time (mistake #3) looking for an air switch garbage disposal with a metal switch. I specially asked if it was metal, not the cheap plastic I found online. I was told it was metal and charged $93. I should've checked in the store, but I didn't. I got it home and realized it's actually plastic, and the exact same button and unit could be purchased on amazon for $73. Locally owned usually means higher quality and better customer service to me, but that couldn't have been less true here.

I have used this company for all of the fixtures in my last home. The builder referee me to another location but I researched what I wanted ant this was the best location for the many items for my home. The representative that I worked with was always helpful and was very patient with my wife and I. The showroom is in the front, parts department in the back and the warehouse to the side. I have returned for replacement parts over the years and they always had them within a month. My only complaints have been they do not keep track of what I ordered in the past and so I have to. I also think that a month or more to get a part sent in is crazy.

We called ahead of time (as we were far away) and asked if they had 5 foot standard jacuzzi tubs with heat/air in stock. The guy answered snidely "come into our showroom and see it any time" I said I didn't want to make the long drive in bike week traffic if they didn't have them so he said yes they had many to choose from IN stock and just depends on what style. We went there and after waiting for EVER in the pretty sad excuse for a show room (down a long hall through worker's area but guess that's typical) we waited and waited and finally went back to the front desk where we saw the man we talked with on the phone. You'd think since he told us they had them he'd be a bit nicer that there were NONE in the entire giant dirty stinky warehouse (with animals in there too by the way) We explained we needed it in a short amount of time and he replied snidely "Yes that's been obvious to me since you walked in the door" (We were really nice and not rude at all but yes, were looking for something to buy that day) Bottom line is we left with nothing and got a call that they'd charge nearly 2x as anywhere else and have to be special ordered and OVER a week we found out today. Now why didn't they look that up on the phone to begin with instead of lying to us and wasting 2 days of our time. NEVER again. stay far far away. Go to Lowes or Home Depot.
