I have been a tenant with Modern Realty for the past 3 years. Corey Helgamo has been totally the best landlord I have ever had, always makes time for any concerns I have and has worked with me during Covid when I was unemployed. I would recommend Modern Realty to anyone looking for Rental or buying property.

I called this company looking for a listing agent for one of my properties(aka he would make money to list it) and as he answered the phone and i asked him how he was he said "very busy". When i told him the nature of the phone call he goes "I cant help you" and hung up the phone. Realtors and Owners stay away!!!! This is not the type of person you want dealing with your money and properties. He was beyond rude!!!!

I have rented from this realtor in the past and never had any problems that were not taken care of in a timely manner, I had moved to the west coast but now will again look to rent from here again.The owner is a very kind and friendly person to talk with and understands how hard it can be.
