This dealership was exceptional from start to finish. Megen was our sales rep and she was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. The after purchase delivery experience was very thorough and we love the car. I highly recommend this dealer.

Be careful, they are selling defected cars with OPEN RECALLS and not providing notice! Also, shady sales tactics by collecting down payment before going over the numbers. Huge regret bringing my dad here for his car purchase. The car is now malfunctioning and unsafe to drive! It should have never been listed for sale.
FYI-the good reviews are fake! These people DO NOT care about their customers and are unprofessional with their forceful sales tactics! Do not do business here if you have the slightest thought they are taking advantage of you! Because they might be! This dealership is a poor representation of the Mercedes brand!

Excellent overall experience from reception to sales to management to service. Sam Samaan was extremely professional, never pushy, communicated well throughout the entire process, and followed up on promises he made. I highly recommend him!!! My only complaint was how long it took to get into the financing office. I waited over 2 hours just to sit down with financing. Jim was a nice guy, but he originally offered me a 72 month loan for 9.74 for 23.5K with a 800+ credit score. We eventually found something more suitable. It was a busy Saturday, but I did not expect to sit around so long just to get the financing wrapped up.

Not your typical high pressure sales staff. I actually enjoyed every minute test driving and negotiating. After I left to check out other deals elsewhere I started to get a stream of texts that got the price to what I wanted to pay. They seemed to have the anxiety for a change, not me. I got a beautiful car at the right price…my price. Thanks guys. I hope I wasn’t to hard on you:)

Love Mercedes of Daytona, the service is top notch and just the best, Daniel Gabriel (Gabby) service rep is like visiting family that always wants to help, everyone from sales to service to the guy who taxis you to the mall are friendly and amazing. I drive from Orlando to Daytona because of the service. I service my 3 vehicles at this location.
