I have a silver necklace that I broke the clasp yesterday. I brought it to Masterpiece Jewelry and they repaired it in minutes. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!!!

Today my fiancé and I went to Masterpiece Jewelers to find our wedding bands! We have already gone to commercial chains with high hopes, but always left feeling like we were no more than numbers. Today on the other hand we found this family owned store, open for almost 30 years and absolutely adored our experience!We were welcomed by Wanda with a big smile and she consulted with us on the types of styles we would be interested in. Once available, Teresa then stepped in to show us different pieces they had available for us to pair with my ring, and for him to try out! During our entire experience at Masterpiece Jewelers, there wasn’t a moment where he or I felt pressured to purchase. Both Wanda and Theresa were patient with us and ensured we would leave with exactly what our vision of perfect rings were.The overall experience was something I would recommend to anyone in search of beautiful jewelry beyond just wedding bands. To have given this place a deadline, a budget, and almost a dozen specifications for a ring and to have still found the perfect one is commendable. I want to give my thanks to both Teresa and Emily for their exceptional assistance and their hospitality. They made what had been such a stressful experience that week into the type of memory you catch yourself smiling about. The only reason I do not say that I will be referring my friends to this place, is because I already did so that same day. I look forward to my next clinical rotation in Daytona knowing such a wonderful local business is situated here.

I brought my Mother's jewelry in for an appraisal. The rate was free, but I wanted to pay. Nope. The staff and owners are among the nicest people I have met in my life! I lost my brother a few days ago and I wanted to put a charm from him on a toggle chain. It was not fitting together so I brought it here in the hopes it could be done. It was difficult, but with patience and perseverance Theresa got the charm with the inscription sister on the chain. It eased my pain to put it on and she even gave me a great big hug! I can’t thank her enough for this kindness, that she provided free of charge.❤️
