“They had been patient with me finding the different return codes from Amazon for the multiple packages I had to return. at privately owned pack and ship companies I have received poor treatment, repeatedly from employees and owners from not having these codes ready for them. I’m not sure why Customer Service is a lot better here than other shipping businesses; I definitely appreciate it.”
