This is the first apartment that I have had in over 30 years. I really love it here. Anytime I have a problem with anything, they're right on it. Samantha is a jewel. She makes you feel so much at home ? and she is right on top of things you may to have done.

Samantha was very disrespectful to me when I came to visit the apartments. She unknowingly approached my vehicle, threatened and cursed at me about personal matters that had nothing to do with her while she was on the job. This is very unprofessional behavior from a staff member and needs to be addressed.

I told the office that the dog bags for the dog park and elsewhere were out. I went back a week later and told them they were still out. Finally, four weeks later they have been refilled. We told the office that water seems to be leaking from above. We can see it around our fans in the ceiling. It has been a few days and no one has come by to check it out. The problem was that I had never put in a maintenance request. Once I did, it was all fixed the next day. Couldn’t ask for more. The office staff was very helpful.

Sam has been so much more than just an employee doing whats asked of her; she always goes above & beyond to help not just my family, but all of the residents of madison point truly feel at home. there isnt one person that lives here that has anything negative to say about her, shes everyones favorite. she is a crucial part of madison pointe that really makes it feel like a community.
