Sydney is amazing! She gave me a microblading makeover on my eyebrows. This was my first time ever getting microblading and she made the experience great! She explained the process that helped me fully understand what she was doing and the result was so perfect that i sat in the parking lot after and called all my friends and family lol. I could tell throughout the consultation and appointment that she was very professional, experienced, and her kindness made the experience even better.

First time here to see Nina and I am absolutely in love! Nina and all the other staff were very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. Nina did a phenomenal job and I think the pictures speak for themselves. She took me from dull brown with a ton of gray to a beautiful vibrant head of hair. I made an appointment with Nina and was so excited. I had driven into town 2 hours to get my hair done because no one good had an appointment open in my town on Saturdays. I had seen a review saying she no showed to an appointment, but decided that might have been a one time accident and gave her a chance. Well she texted me and canceled 30 minutes before my appointment. Needless to say I’m not happy. Very unprofessional.Service: Hair coloring

I never leave reviews to places i dont receive service but for the first time ever, i feel it to be necessary. This only reflects on the stylist that i had an appt with, Nina. I had an appt today at 445 and she no showed. I have high anxiety when it comes to my hair because so many have messed it up and after seeing a perfect 5 star rating, i had high hopes, especially for a place that is by appt only. If the time was the issue, my number was attached to my reservation. A simple call could have happened, id have been happy to come in earlier since id been waiting all day anyway. The nice lady inside asked if i wanted to reschedule but my philosophy is if my business isnt important the first time, why would it be different the second time. What a waste of my entire day and anxiety for it to not take place. Horrible way to do business.
