Kristen has been such a blessing! She has her tenants backs when they need it most. I cannot express my gratitude enough to say how amazing she is. Between working with us on rent and some issues we had with our bath tub, things have been smooth and communication has been top notch. We moved in the beginning of May and have loved it since. The team here is fantastic! I love all the events they hold for the community and I cannot wait till they get the second pool open. Looking forward to my time here!

This place is a slum. They take weeks to repair essential items like A/C and Heat. I have been waiting over a week to have it fixed. The front office ppl are useless and do not help with anything.

I'd give negative stars if I could, don't move here my last 2 water bills have been $200 they must be charging me for the entire county, and they never answer the phone ever. I won't be renewing if they keep charging me insane amounts for water. Move somewhere that won't rob you.

Been living here for almost 4 months and haven’t had a working ac for 3 months have mold in my closet and in my carpet from the ac constant drip even when it’s off Maintenance doesn’t have a clue what their doing have had them come out 7 times to no avail they say it’s broken and they will have someone out the next day to fix it and I get nothing 5 stars for the managers who work their tho never had a problem with them just the maintenance guys it’s summer I want my ac will give 5 stars when my issue is fixed.

The place is amazing to live, very tide, clean and silent. We had an issue with our AC but it was handled by the amazing staff Mr. Francisco and Mr. Bob, who patiently fixed the issues and checked on us throughout the day since it was so hot. Mr. Bob was called on the emergency line and promptly came to our unit after office was closed and kindly attended our needs. Mr. Francisco returned the next day alongside with Mr. Bob to finish the service and finally solved our problem. They were both very responsible and treated us politely. We are very grateful for the hardwork and respect shown to us as residents. Thank you.

I just went and toured this property and the leasing consultant, Eddie, helped me. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. What a beautiful property! I also noticed that they have food trucks for their residents! I can’t wait until I move in!

Do not move here. My son vacated property last August and we’re still waiting on deposit. The apartment was left clean and in better shape than when my son moved in. Marisa Jenkins will not return my phone calls or emails. She’s a compulsive liar. I tried calling her boss Sheena Griffin several times left messages no one will return my call. I’ll see them in small claims court.
This is not an attack but the truth.

I’ve been a resident of Lakeforest apartments since April of 2021.I can honestly say that when it comes to the office staff, the maintenance staff and my neighbors there’s nothing but friendly, helpful individuals in this community The location is everything its basically in the center of all the shopping plazas ,restaurants ,schools, etc…they’re located nearby. I enjoy sitting on my patio, catching the morning sunrise or listening to the rain and I just love the little lake with the waterfall.In closing I would love to send a special thanks to the office staff, Kristen Catena who has the most beautiful smile, very friendly and very active in the community.Denise Moore for always being pleasant and helpful when you come in the office and Marisa Jenkins whom is also very helpful and understanding when life gets a bit rough.I definitely can’t forget Michael the maintenance guy who’s very helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to get the job done.

I live here and since new people took over it's been amazing they got right to work fixing the place up! And it's a safe place to live and not a whole lot of noise either!
