“One shining light out of half a year of remodel hell was Sheena and Bedrosians Tile & Stone. If you need tile or flooring for any project and are lucky enough to live anywhere within driving distance to this large showroom store, you must make the trip. The tile displays are large and give you a good sense of what the tile will actually look like and feel like. All of the employees we encountered were nice and seemed helpful and engaged. Sheena was amazing. Not just helpful, she was enthusiastic, positive and went out of her way to make our experience not only positive but also productive. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Even when we encountered an issue I reached out to Sheena and she and the store quickly stepped in to help us get what we needed so our project wouldn't be delayed. We visited multiple tile stores before Bedrosians, none compared in selection and customer service. I followed Bedrosians on IG and was surprised when I saw a physical location an hour from me and then shocked when I saw it was open to the public. So rare to find a store that has a huge selection and yet has employees that seem to genuinely love their job. If I ever need tile, flooring, countertops I will certainly head to Bedrosians Tile & Stone.”
