Weird vibe, great merchandise. Lady wouldn’t leave me alone any time I moved she did and that’s uncomfortable. I moved my hand at all or moved a body part and she immediately was trying to watch me. Less than 3in from me the whole time. The most uncomfortable 5 mins I’ve ever experienced. Never will I come again and neither will my friends. Even threw an attitude when I finally looked at her and said you know what I’m gonna go. She even made a sound. You were so judgmental and uncomfortable. You lost a sale and future ones not that you care. You probably would’ve just stolen my card numbers anyway

I really hate it when I go there and it’s the girl who thinks she owns the place, doesn’t have enough respect to get het ear bud out of her ear and actually listen to what the customer is asking for. I don’t understand at all why anyone would want to have someone like that represent their business. I would rather drive farther away pay more money to be respected acknowledge and to actually listen to what the customer is asking for. Only if the owners would see the difference between there employees because the young man that works there is wonderful and I hope his customer service they realize because they have now lost customers due to her.

They sold me some moldy sativa and the owner wouldn't exchange it back, tried to get me to purchase more of another product,will not be returning. That's terrible customer service.

The customer service at this smoke shop is just excellent. I have been there twice both times I have been helped by Eli and he has been so helpful and friendly. I had questions about what kind of product I wanted and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He gave me great recommendations!

Me and some friends came in and had a a great and super informative experience thanks to Eli! His knowledge and helpful attitude made the whole process for us super easy. He was patient with all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what I came in for plus some. You can tell he really cares about giving great customer service and I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Eli - he’ll take good care of you & any concerns you may have. ☺️??
