If you ever want a GREAT SALESMAN! I Highly recommend Mr Kenny Glaze, he's one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with and he's very knowledgeable, honest and very professional when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I've purchased three BRAND NEW VEHICLES from him and I have never had any issues whatsoever. If you ever decide to buy a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Make sure you ask for Mr. Glaze and he will definitely put you in what you want . Thank you Mr. Glaze and the rest of the TEAM!

I've bought 3 vehicles from here from 2017-2023 2 trucks and 1 suv Will never go back due to the service departments treatment on my 18 2500 LTZ duramax We needed tires. I asked the dealer to price them out and I was alright with the price long story short, the rims came back scratched from what it looks like the machine mounting the tires. I message them about it after I notice the scratches and the simply send me the ueye link that shows pictures of my truck when it comes in. I literally find the worst tire of them all and show them a side by side comparison and they say oh it's just some mud that got knocked off. I can assure you it's not (photos below, only attached a couple) The won't accept photos, they made me come in they'd try to say oh it looks like your other rims have these marks also so what makes you think it was us. This isn't even the first problem I've had with them in service. About a year ago I asked them to do a transmission service. When the truck was returned to me the transmission started shifting hard. After investigation I found that THEY DIDNT ADD ENOUGH FLUID FOR IT TO EVEN TOUCH THE DIP STICK. So thanks JON HALL for that one god only knows how much life you stole from the transmission. So again long story short they lost my business. And if you want your vehicle worked on my competent parties I highly suggest you don't take it to Jon Hall Edited: oh I forgot to talk about the alignment. Wheel not straight what so ever. And on a second note I should have flipped out when they messed up my transmission and made them do a rebuild kit on it for the DAMAGE they caused to my clutches.

I took my 2015 Impala in to Jon Hall Chevrolet for an oil change (March '24). After the oil change was done service writer lady broke the news to me that I needed new rear brake pads and rotors. After listening to her spiel I mentioned to her that I had had the original pads/rotors replaced by them 2 years ago with 95K+ miles on the vehicle, and only driven 20K miles since then. She quickly retreated to consult with the "Mechanic" who changed the oil, for more information. i.e. come up with an excuse for not checking vehicle history to see that that the brake job had been recently done. As an explanation she said that I must live beachside, as that causes a lot of rust to form. Well, yes, I was beachside, but only for 2 months - thinking they must do a healthy business in brake replacement if brakes only last 2 months in the salt air near the beach. I could write more about the inflated prices they wanted to charge me for the 4 wheel brake replacement they did 2 years ago, before I checked out their web page and found most of what they wanted to replace was about 1/2 the price quoted as it was on their special. When I brought that to their attention service writer of course didn't know a thing about any special. I'd caution anyone who has work done here to avoid agreeing to any additional "repairs" until you have had time to at least check out their on-line deals and competitive prices.

NOT a good buying experience! As a first time owner of a Chevy Silverado and first time truck buyer this was a disappointing experience. I really wish I had followed my first mind and gotten the truck elsewhere. The excitement of the purchase quickly went to disappointment but I never lost my cool behind the situatio. I just want to say, Jon Hall Chevrolet even though I'm finally enjoying the truck, this will always remain a BIG let down on your part!

Cody is a nice guy and i liked working with him the first time, i went to try and trade in my GMC sierra today , i asked them to run the numbers on a truck that had more room. The sales came back and said its too soon. huh i have money to put down, and i make great money have a good credit score, so when i buy a car from down the street ill go back and show them. Not even we will need more money down, its going to be a huge payment , just its too soon. you ran my credit and only presented me with its too soon... are you in the business of selling cars. lost my business and ive bought atleast six cars from down the street and they never cared how long i had it for only that i got cash to spend. yall need to work on your delivery and atleast present ppl with numbers when you run the credit.

recently brought in my 2018 Camaro to Jon Hall Chevrolet to be serviced for the fifth time that was purchased at the same location. The vehicle has been shuddering with a vibrating sensation when accelerating and sometimes halts at certain speeds, this has been ongoing since i purchased the vehicle and has been detected on countless Camaros and several lawsuits are being handled for this same issue. On multiple occasions the service department said they could not detect anything wrong with the vehicle until my warranty finally expired. Fast forward 60,000 miles later Jon Hall is now charging me $2755.00 for a torque converter, an issue that was never repaired or corrected on their part from the first time it was serviced. My vehicle has been having the same transmission issues since the first year I purchased the vehicle, these people know how to lie until your warranty is finally expired.. I will never purchase another vehicle or have any business with this location in the future.

Took my Chevy 3500 truck to Jon Hall for repairs as I put gas in my diesel truck(no thanks to BP station who has their regular gas pump in green when all others ar green for diesel fuel!!!). yes a big lesson.. however they charged my insurance 21000 to repair my mistake and since its a 2024 would be 1-2 mnths for all parts. fast forward .. called to come get my truck... i tell them my diagnostics say theres 31 lbs of air in my tires which should have 80lbs obviously from sitting in the back lot for 6 weeks. the man told me because they tires are after market they cant put air in them?????? so I leave mad. then my truck barely had 50 miles of fuel in it and they drained all the def fluid not replacing any so i got a diagnostic for that as well I get to my shop and have my bicycle mechanic air my tires when I went to get back in my truck I noticed the door handle which I payed to have blacked out had 3 big chips in the paint. also a small ding in the passenger doir. all of this was not there when the truck was dropped off. sadly i spent $500 just to have my truck towed to that dealer because several years ago it was a good service department. it is horrible now and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I have never taken the time to sit down and write a review. I am a young adult who has never purchased a car on her own before. I was recently in an accident and could not get to work/school without one. Thought the best bet would be to trade it in with Chevrolet since they were working on my car. What. a. mistake. I am not even sure where to begin. I bought the car under me and my dads name, since I am here for school and my dad is back up North, they had to send him the papers. My dad had the papers for two days while I am getting HARASSED by two used lot employees about bothering my dad. All in all, my dad read the papers and found THOUSANDS of dollars in misc. fees and warranties that I DID NOT agree to. He refused to sign the papers and told them his daughter (me) would return the car that day. They not longer contacted my dad and began to harass me and call me while I was in class. I was greeted on the phone with "if you do not have the car back on the lot in 30 minutes we will be pressing charges." To which I had to RUN out of school, grab the car at my apartment, and rush to John Hall. Arrest me for what? Threaten me for what? Because to them I was a child and they could swing that fear with me. Disgusting. On top of that, they absolutely low-balled my trade-in value after promising book value even though it had been in an accident. Lies. I am well beyond my years when it comes to my age, so I did not think they could take advantage of me. Boy was I wrong. Originally selling for 20k, after all their warranties and coverages and packages they added on without telling me, came out to OVER 30k for a 4 year old vehicle. I signed the papers because why would they tell me one price and then have me signed for 20% more than what we talked about? Completely blind-sided me and when I went back to address the issue the "bubbly happy salesmen" were suddenly annoyed, avoiding eye-contact, and not interested in addressing me. I should have read reviews on YELP before even going there. Lost some faith in humanity after dealing with those people. You would probably have better luck buying a car off of Facebook Marketplace than this dealership. Our family lawyers have advised people to NOT GO HERE.

I purchased a used 2023 traverse from them on 12/23/2023. Kenny was the salesman that helped us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Kenny went to Rick the finance guy and came back with a payment of $539.00 per month. I quickly pointed out that something was wrong, that seemed high based off the estimates I found online. I was told online calculations are never correct. I had estimated the payment below $500.00. I asked Kenney what the interest rate and length of the loan, he said he had no Idea. How could you have no idea if you just told me what the payment was? Kenny said I would need to talk to Rick and he will explain it all when we went into the finance office. Rick comes out, first thing he asks for is for our down payment. I then again ask what the interest rate is and the length of the term. He says 10% at 84 months. I do some rough calculations in my head and say that's 45K plus the 3K we put down. that's a total payment of 48K. Price online was $26,991.00. I once again voice, that seems very high. he then turns on the well you can refinance in 6 months when rates go down. I question how he KNOWS that rates will go down. That's what the banks tell us. Banks have 0 control over interest rates how would they know. After I emphatically say something is wrong with this number that it seems very high, my wife and I are tired of this back and forth and wanting to get out of there, so we sign. During the signing no explanation was given by Rick about what we were signing. I get home to find out why my numbers were off. They charged $1500.00 for gap insurance(says optional on the form) and Rick had given us NO opportunity to decline. Rick also charged $2543.00 for a Chevy service program. At no point were we told what this $2,543.00 even included. later during a phone call said that's our bumper to bumper warranty for the length of the loan. This seems to be optional as other cars we have purchased have a warranty baked into the price. I speak with Kenny the salesman and he tells me that Rick will need to call me. Rick never does call me. I then send Kenney a text saying, ya we want the loan re done with the gap insurance and the Chevy service program removed. We are on our way and we are 45 minutes away. That prompts an INSTANT phone call from Kenney. On his cell phone, Kenny walks me into Ricks office, I won't say here all the run around jargon that they used, but the bottom line was, the sale price was SO good, that we have to pay those fees. They put a vehicle on sale for $5000.00 and recoup $4000.00 by these fees that should be optional and then an additional $999.00 for a predelivery service charge. if you ever buy a car here get a full breakdown and explanation of every single line and what it's for before giving them any money or signing, otherwise this dealership will take advantage of you and not think twice about it. The price is SO good you need to pay these? Then why put it on sale? why not mention that in your online ads? this is a very, very shady business practice.

I was working with Jamie Nelson until he began to pressure sell me when I didn't respond for just 4hrs on a work day. He threaten to sell the vehicle I was interested in if I didn't come in today. He then proceeded to message disrespectful things to me bc I had to change appointment times. He basically call me stupid in numerous ways, continued to message rude comments multiple times when I told him he lost a sale due to speaking to me the way he did. He continued to be disrespectful, rude, pushy, and condescending. I will let everyone I know about my John Hall Chevy experience with Jamie. I took screen shots before he blocked me right after sending me one more disrespectful message. I know I'm just another would be customer to him and this dealership, but every person I tell will matter at some point. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a sales person.

My son has been waiting for over a month to purchase a Trax, with most dealerships saying they are "in transit." Jon Hall had a couple, so my son drove across the state to make his first car purchase. Thank God that he called us before getting screwed over by Jon Hall's shady deal of adding on $4000 in mysterious fees. Garbage and ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.

I took my car in today for a routine oil change & tire rotation. After a 2hr wait for an oil change & car wash, the service attendant dropped my vehicle off. I noticed plastic and paper trash on the dashboard of my car that he grabbed before getting out. As I got into my car I immediately noticed a crack on the upper dashboard panel that had not been there before. I immediately notified Pamela, my service writer, who then notified Dawn East the service manager. They told me to wait while they reviewed security footage. After several minutes Pamela returned and advised me that they could not view the angle on their surveillance system, but they would cover 50% of new dash panel. I wrote an email to Dawn East telling her that offer was unacceptable and & I shouldn't be liable to pay for anything since I didn't cause the damage. A reputable company like Jon Hall should right their wrong. I advised her the vehicle should come back to me the same way that I brought it in. Dawn East sent another reply email restating that they'd only cover 50% of new dash panel. Bottom line, I didn't have a cracked dash panel when I brought my vehicle in for service & now I do! Please inspect and take pictures of your vehice before having it serviced here. I found a new panel on Amazon for $100. This is a matter of principle now.My last 2 vehicles were Chevorlets and I planned to upgrade within the next year. I won't be purchasing from Jon Hall because of this experience.
