I stop in for something quick and this was the closest nail shop near by. It a small space inside but I was able to be seated very quickly. The lady who did my toes was very detailed, she did a very good job. The guy that did my nails was the same sort of, he did clean up the polish around my nails more my cuticles and I was on crunch time so just took it for what it was. I paid 86 with tip and I tipped 10. Not too bad. I did a basic pedicure with gel polish and an overlay manicure with gel polish. I would go back when I'm back home and if I need to get my nails done.

I have been to this shop since I was a kid I am 22 now The guy who sits in the first chair Richard I believe does my mom and my sisters nails 1-2 times a month the girl who does mine does them quite frequently so it’s very frustrating to have had this horrible of an experience with a nail salon. I came in for a fill toe change and eyebrows. I told the gentleman doing my toes who was super nice and would love to tip because he was awesome that I did not want a pedicure I wanted a toe change he replied okay. He then proceeded to put my feet in water then tend to my toes which I thought was a normal process because every time I’ve gotten my toes done that’s been the practice. I was being started closer to close so a young lady decided to start on my nails while my toes where being done I look down and see he starts putting things on my legs and massaging them I instantly ask the lady doing my nails what is he doing? Is he doing a pedicure? I don’t want a pedicure. I just want my toes changed. She then replies oh it’s OK. He didn’t understand what you said. I said OK well I want my toes polished I don’t want a pedicure. She responds. OK well he’s already started. You try it this time I just said OK, and proceeded to get my nails and toes done. I then go to check out and they are trying to charge me for a pedicure. I told them that’s not what I wanted multiple times and you still gave me a pedicure So I proceeded to pay for my nails, my eyebrows and toe change, but not a pedicure. They insisted that since my feet were in water it was a pedicure I asked Lady doing my nails I didn’t know that if your feet is in water you get a pedicure because I’ve got my toes done millions of times and my feet has been put in water to soak So pretty much everybody was going back-and-forth with me the lady who did my eyebrows, the lady who did my nails and the young man who sits in the first chair name possibly Richard They continuously said that he didn’t understand what I was asking for. How is that my fault as a customer even then I told the lady who did my nails who speaks fairly well, English that I didn’t want to pedicure. It just sucks that I’ve been going to this place For a lot of my life, and I will never come here again because of How I was disrespected by the staff, but the guy who did my toes was amazing .

The tallest boy in there got very enraged when the Lady said she will correct my nails because he couldn't do a simple fill in.Befote I can get up out the chair to go to her station, he Jumped up and slammed down his materials at his station.He bowed up at me and she stood in front of him. Very unprofessional this is the first time I've seen this in the 33 years I've been getting my nails done.

Second time my right toes were cut too short! Both times said something to the guy at the register and showed the MASSIVE shape and cut difference. Today told the guy doing them “DO NOT CUT SHE DID IT TOO SHORT LAST TIME” he didn’t cut but filed all the way down on my right side. Supper dissatisfied and definitely not worth it! Also $55 pedicure with two little hearts that are not drawn well is $80 will not be back been coming for 2 years lost my service! I do like the new chairs tho.

THE OWNER PLACED THE GEL ACRYLIC FILL ON MY NATURAL NAILS BUT WHEN HE FILED THE SIDED OF MY FIRST HAND AND I NOTICED THEY WERE FILED AT AN ANGLE SO I ASKED IF HE COULD MAKE THEM MORE SQUARE LIKE THEY WERE WHEN I CAME IN. HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID I WAS BEING DIFFICULT AND TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING SO I ASKED WAS HE FOR REAL AND HE REPLIED YES GET UP AND LEAVE AND REFUSED TO SHAPE MY NAILS SQUARE AS I REQUESTED AND GOT UP AND WALKED AWAY. I WAS SO CONFUSED BECAUSE I HAD ONLY REQUESTED MY NAILS TO BE SHAPED SQUARE. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS THE OWNER AND HE SAID YES BUT YOU CAN GO NOW I INFORMED HIM THAT NO ONE WOULD BE ABLE TO CORRET THIS SINCE HE ALREADY APPLIED THE ACRYLIC AND FILED DOWN ON ONE HAND IN THE WRONG SHAPE HE REPLIED “I KNOW” BUT YOU CAN GO SOME WHERE ELSE. I WAS SO SHOCKED AS I HAD NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT EVER DUE TO MY REQUEST ON A SERVICE IM PAYING FOR. TO MY UNDERSTANDING YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE YOU ASK FOR NOT THE SERVICE THEY WANT THEY CHOOSE TO GIVE YOU. THE OWNER WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT LISTEN TO MY REQUEST. I WOULD NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN. I HOPE NO ONE ELES WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS FROM AN OWNER. Wow just WOW?Service: Nail cut & filing

I happened to use their service today and the gentleman who served me was not nice. He behaved as if he didn't want to serve me. He didn't do a good job. My pedicure was poorly done. My manicure was not done to my satisfaction. He did not understand what my request was and the other gentleman was no better.The debit card I tried to use was a scotiabank visa debit . The card declined although it had more than enough cash in it. I tried to explain to the gentleman that it needed a pin number but he was not listening to me. I don't like their attitude at all. I would never go back or recommend them.With the pedicure...he did the basic and didn't even put the usual stuff they put on your feet. It's like he figured it was too good for me. First they are very rude poor english and poor customer service,They lie and make things up to upcharge you give you some false reasons to why.(which is crazy)(don't believe me try em )I used to go here alot but I've been super busy and the wife was super rude everytime I requested only Richard to do my nails well now this time around gave them a try again had a day off and I witnessed 5 people who walked in happy left mad and upset and uncharged crazy prices for simple things I will personally never come here again I believe they are struggling financially and taking advantage of people who actually want to get something done for themselves the prices on the wall that you intend to pay will not be what you will be paying I promise you. The work is decent but I suggest going to a place where it's honest where your treated with respect and where you actually get to enjoy spending the money on your self! Stay away -customer since 2018
