( READ BEFORE SCHEDULING OR WALK INS) Terrible terrible experience. Of course I wanted to schedule with OT. He was busy so the lady at the front desk sat me down and started doing nails. First off the lady at the front desk cannot even do nails. I wanted a purple ombre set she said for those nails it would cost $100. I can already tell by the way she was applying my tips that the nails I showed her would not the nails I would get. I am not paying $100 for rushed work. So I got a basic nude set French tips. To get started she had to redo my thumb three different times because it was so crooked and yet she did not acknowledge Nor care after asking her to fix it the first time she files it down and completely ruined the shape I told her this is going to need a whole new tip the thumbs do not match she finally glues on a new one which is still crooked. She finally re-does it the third time and gets it. After she starts gluing all the tips, she rushes through drilling my nails, which burned. I know
Filing with a drill bit can burn, sometimes due too sensitive nails. But she did not slow down nor care. After it was finally time for her to apply the acrylic, she uses a one bead method for my whole entire nail bed my nails have never BURNED SO BAD like that before and I was so disappointed at that point I wanted to get up and walk out. As as you can see in the picture, nails are facing upward shooting towards the sky. When getting acrylic nails, they should be laid flat against your nail bed I paid $75 and did not tip these nails do not even look complementing to the hand. This really had me wanting to see her NAIL LICENSE. Its aggravating coming here expecting the work you see in the photos and come out with over prices botches nail...

THIS IS A MUST READ BEFORE COMING HERE.
First, let me start by saying I am a licensed cosmetologist. I do not practice anymore, but I still hold my license so I used to do this for a living is what I’m trying to say ..when I went in there I knew the guy was new By the way, he decided to remove my nails before doing my new nails. When I picked the color I wanted they brought me out another color and I said that’s not the correct color. he said well that’s The Correct Number I said OK well let me pick another one because I know it’s not it. So I picked another color when he brought that back, I said that doesn’t look right either. He said no don’t worry when it goes on. It will go darker. I agree because that is something that will happen..
now the lady next to me had the same exact thing happened to her, but she did not say anything. She said I picked out pink and they brought me blue. Luckily, it was a pretty color so she kept it. He proceeded to do my nails. and I said, excuse me You did not do step one. He said we don’t do step one. I said well that Is what primes the nail and makes it to where it so it will stick to the nail .the manager says no we decided not to use that any longer as it turns the nail yellow. I wouldn’t argue any longer. I just knew these wouldn’t last as long… once he got the first hand started I noticed yes this is definitely not gonna go darker. It was completely white and i said please stop and get me ANY color that Looks pink in the container .As he’s filing my nails, I wanted to keep them long, Well, guess what they were very short in the ends ?no big deal im not gonna complain about that to him…He kept on hitting my skin over and over again finally after two hours and now I’m noticing all my nails are crooked and when I’m mean, crooked, I mean like a V I stand up and I go to the manager and say you have to finish my nails. I cannot sit here and let this guy hurt me anylonger. Explained all my situation and the manager honestly could care less. He charged me my full price even though you could see White on all the sides of my nail on top of the pink it was horrible, but livable… moving forward I go to a new place to get nails done and when they take them off what do we see fungus so yes now I will complain. I should’ve walked out from the first moment. I didn’t have a good feeling. Don’t get me wrong and any place you go there are good people who work bad people but what I promise you is when you get a feeling about something just get up and walk out..I would never recommend this to anybody. But so this doesn’t happen to anybody else within three days when I would put my hands through my hair it would all get caught in because it because it didn’t stick properly if you ever have that Situation don’t wait too long to get them removed. What happens is water gets under there and then that’s where the fungus can build should’ve remembered that but we all forget and busy.. But again, I would never recommend them

This place is the best place I’ve ever been to !!! They offer water , they have the best quality, you don’t smell chemicals from nail polish or anything !!! This place has polite workers they do the foot scrub this is the best place ever !! I would recommend y’all come if y’all haven’t. This isn’t my home town im from moultrie and this is my first visit and I’m very satisfied ☺️ !

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
They nail techs cannot do nails, I got gel x nails and they started falling off the same day
I expressed my concerns to the manager the next day and asked if I could get a refund, I explained to him that I didn’t have time to redo my nails that day because I am a busy college student especially with it being midterm week— he wasn’t apologetic in the slightest however assured me that I could come back another day. When I called 2 days later to confirm he completely gas lit me on the phone saying that I peeled my nails off in order to get a new set and that I would have to pay for a brand new set (as if it’s possible to peel off a fresh set of nails without completely damaging and hurting your fingers / nails) This was a huge L for me because as I college student I don’t have a Willy nilly 90 dollars to throw away like that — I work very hard for my money and as a business owner I feel its very important that you take accountability when your services aren’t up to par — very disappointing

I first went here 2021 for six months but moved to Deland and recently started back going. The work was always excellent, mani, pedi, eyelashes. I have always been happy with this shop.
So I go march 20, 2024 on my birthday. I was asked if I could pay cash a first and said I would. After my mani , pedi and eyelash I walk over to get the money at Publix ATM as they knew I was. While there I used the bathroom. I come out of the bathroom and see one of the owners. She says she is looking for me. I say why. She says the other lady in the shop says I left, as if I was not going to pay them. I immediately pulled out the money I just got out of the atm to include the tips and gave it to her. They know me for years. I was very offended they did that after I was nice enough to agree to give cash, and having been a good customer for awhile and the fact I carry myself with class . I am 65. A software engineer and was treated like some lowdown criminal, some kind of thief. I cannot believe they had the nerve to go to Publix to look for me after they knew I was retrieving cash from the ATM all because some employee says I left. Of course I left to get cash as I told them I wud after we were done and they knew that. It's not ok.
Not how to treat customers at all , especially one who is always generous with tips. I will never go back.
THE nerve of them after all the time knowing them, for them to believe I wud run out on paying. And then no apology.

The owner was so nasty to me for no reason. Waxed my eyebrows pretty much off. Instead of simply saying she didn’t have the time she rushed on my eyebrows and took sooo much hair off.

Normally I like what I get here, but last time I came here Angie didnt follow what I wanted or asked for. I needed a full set not a fill and the result was for the first time ever 4 of my nails fell off! In the 3 years I have been getting nails done, I have Never had this happen!
