I decided to get my hair done in a moment of impulsivity, as I had been struggling significantly with my mental health and allowed my hair to reach a rough state... I saw all of the WONDERFUL reviews about Kirk, and saw that he was available to book with that very day, so that's what I did.The MOMENT I walked into the salon, Kirk welcomed me like he had known me his entire life, the atmosphere was inviting and I guess you could also say comforting, because I knew right away that I was going to be in good hands.Kirk went above and beyond the whole time. He delivered exactly what I wanted (even though I couldn't put it into words, he read me like a book!), and his personality and conversationalism really helped me open up in a way that I truly needed during my "low moment".He definitely helped fix my crown. Thank you so much, Kirk!

Did not get what I asked for a second time was supposed to be just blonde chunks of color because chocolate chunks were to dark last time and now this time only asked for blonde chunks, it wasn't even blonde chunks my hair is so messed up can only see mostly blonde hardly any chocolate and wanted to charge me more than last time and only got blonde not blonde and chocolate, needless to say I only paid 10 less this time than last and I have to live with messed up hair until it grows out or I can get it fixed and have to pay someone else more money to get it fixed ,will never go there again very angry and disappointed

Ray and Julia are both incredibly talented stylists. They’ve always made my hair look nice. My eyebrow hair is super thick and messy, yet they have always done them neat and with attention to detail. They are super friendly and accommodating.Only one negative experience with a new stylist (won’t name here) who quite literally messed up everything, and I even skipped my eyebrows that day because I was afraid after the haircut. But if you book Ray or Julia (especially for eyebrows!) and you’ll be happy.

my mother in law and me went and got our hair done.. after being there over three hours i walked out with orange hair when i wanted blonde highlife as well as my mother in law color was all wrong. not to mention that our hair cut was way to short and uneven on one side.

Ray is fantastic! She is a skilled cosmetologist who can do ALL hair types. When was the last time a black client could get a weave, braids, crochet, natural, and straightened hair at a jcp salon? I think she is the most talented stylist there based on the other work I see. I will continuing seeing Ray as long as I live in the greater Daytona area. She is such a gem! Always leaves me looking and feeling beautiful! Thank you Ray!
