Some of the past negative reviewers seem to be cry babies that need to butch up. I visited the Daytona location twice and found everyone to be very helpful, pleasant with great personalities and a sense of humor. I really appreciate the time that each of them took to try to verify a specific tile I wanted when all I had was a small sample. They all went above and beyond. Wish I could remember everyone's name working behind the counter. They all chipped in to help me. Lana took the final order. Everyone was totally professional and focused on making sure my needs were met. I ordered over 1500 sq ft of floor tile which they had in stock. I visited other stores, including Floor & Decor and Bedrosians and neither could compare to International Tile.

Came in for a 10am Delivery with a load of Tile(16 pallets) in a 53’ Dry Van TLR.Arrived @ 9:30am and pulled up to the right(near dumpsters). Was promptly greeted by a gentleman on a forklift. He gave me some tips of how to back into docks on the right after dumpsters.His suggestion was correct and was to backup and reenter thru gate pulling as far over to left hand side along fence and then pull in clockwise and make your turn/flip to setup for your backup into Dock.Super tight and helps to have trailer tandems all way forward.They had one of their flatbed trucks parked in the first dock and two more parked in rear of yard(preparing for next day’s deliveries).Dock was steep so having tandems all the way forward helped skirts to miss catching ground. There was plenty of room to back around parked truck, and once orange cone was set in front , visibly made the rest of backup easier.Once backed up to Dock # 2 and straps undone, unloading started immediately.Angel Rivera made short work of my incoming delivery. 10 mins he was done. He and the greeting gentleman were professional and courteous making my visit only take 30 mins..I would not hesitate to return even as tight as yard was, the top notch service was worth it. Did not see any bathroom facilities(you probably won’t be there very long anyway)and/or overnighting,if you have an early appt, park over on left hand side in front of their gate into yard to let office folks room to get by(probably only room for a couple of trucks).Thanks again for the great service and hospitality, hope to be back. I came in off Exit# 261 b+a onto Rt# 92 east (International Speedway Blvd) that goes by the Speedway for those race fans).Then a left turn onto Bill France Blvd and another left turn onto Mason Ave and an immediate right turn into facility.On way out gps took be out Mason Ave towards LPGA Blvd.Make left turn(west)onto it and that takes you out to I-95 (Exit# 265) North +South(easily could come in that way if you wanted).

Was recommended to shop here from friends / local installers! Walked in around 1:45 pm (they close at 5 mind you) asked the ladies in the office what is available for pickup. After 3/5 women laughed at me for asking that question, one said there’s a two hour minimum return time. To which I said okay we can have it delivered or picked up just want to see what’s available in stock. No help, luckily one woman got up to help after I was frustrated and showed me some tile that was available.Drove 20 minutes and could have waited around and purchased up here today but will definitely be shopping somewhere else, learn how to speak to people.Why have five people in the same office with the same attitude, make a wall, out of tile….This is the quickie mart experience VS going to Publix.This place sucks, $2k going somewhere else because of a whopping ZERO customer service skill level.

I was here with my Flatbed O/O. Oct 18, 2022 to pickup 20 Pallets of Title. The Tile are plastic wrapped and stored outside on the yard, so no need to Tarp. Brian who loaded my Truck is very Professional due to all that fresh Air he was born and raised in Oregon. Brian is awesome, fast loading your Truck. You can park in the Driveway just stay to the far left so that you leave room for employees to park when they come to work. They opened the Gates early 0600. Be careful and watch the street cars are moving very quiet at night Gas Station across the Street. My pics are posted so you can see the Materials and Pallets. You can turn in the yard so don't worry it's tight you can do it.

Save yourself!! I have used this company for tile on several jobs in the past... I went in two times in the past two weeks to select tile for a new build... First trip to the store the girls and older lady sat behind the counter and never even greeted me upon entry or even looked up! I walked around and looked at their samples and they do have a nice selection. Never could even speak with someone regarding cost or availability... (nothing is marked with a price). I figured they were just having a bad day?? Went back today and SAME STORY only this time they were just rude and not any help at all - Even asked when I could get a certain item - She just shrugged her shoulders and wouldn't even LOOK - THEY COULD CARE LESS... The customer service is the absolute worst... Hopefully the owners of the company figure this out before they lose all of their customers... I won't go back - Waste of your time and gas! - Go ANYWHERE but here...

Went in today and was horrible. Asked if they have Carrera Quartz. She said no unless I have a contractor. I gave her his name and she said never heard of him. What a waste of time. Just say NOOOO The lady had long hair if your wondering

Awesome, I'm in the process of redoing my floors and I couldn't have went to a better place that offers great prices and products on tile that I was looking for, the staff is very friendly professional and knowledgeable, my husband and I didn't have to wait they gave us space and time to look around at all they have and believe me it's much to see, and they knew when to ask if we needed help, they have a enormous selection so if you go in make sure you have time to look. Another home run hit for me. Thank you ?

The worst company for service, product, and experience. The design that I was forced to pay for was laughable. Ten cabinet doors were scratched and damaged. They were never replaced. The design took away so much counter space that I had to figure it out myself. Their installer laughed and said Kacey was inexperienced.

Stopped by to look at tile. Two ladies never even stood up. Mentioned that I was building a new house and needed lots of tile-she could care less. i cannot imagine what the service would be if I actually ordered something from them.
