Correction to my review below. Apparently private investors can purchase these units so if you are renting one from a private investor, he/she can set the rent at whatever level they wish with no control from Hyde Park Suites. Unfortunately our unit is actually owned by one of these private investors.

Buyer Beware. Nice units...but no pest control. You pay all utilities, But worst of all, only one year in and they increased our rent by a whopping 20%. Our last year - we'll be leaving. Not worth the money.
