This property flooded before it was Hyde park. Tomoka River next to property. Don't build next to a sensitive ecosystem.

Correction to my review below. Apparently private investors can purchase these units so if you are renting one from a private investor, he/she can set the rent at whatever level they wish with no control from Hyde Park Suites. Unfortunately our unit is actually owned by one of these private investors.
