My mom & I will no longer be using H&R Block. We have used it for the last couple of years and things have been fine, but this year it was ridiculous. Mr. William Guthrie was not honest about his knowledge on travel nurse’s taxes. We both were told 2 separate things which caused my mother to have to do an amendment to correct some things on her taxes. He did not even know why she was there on the day of her appointment (which was today). He did not throughly explain the process of an amendment. We have never had to do one before. We are not pleased and will be contacting corporate.
