if I could give this place zero stars, I would .. They have been hassling me to file taxes, and I've already filed them and told them multiple times .. I only owed a dollar anyway They were trying to charge me $100 to file 1$ On taxes .. I just went through TurboTax instead But the customer service person was very rude and told me not to waste their time next time !! ITS A DOLLAR DUDE CHILL .. Very unprofessional.. I wish I would have got the guys name but the way he's so easily said it shows that probably the whole staff is the same way !!

The H&R Block technology failed and my return was not filed on time. There were also communication issues with the tax prep agent. During these issues, H&R Block was not reachable via their customer service phone number.

I have gone to H and R block for the last few years for my tax return. I’ve never had any issues except for this location. I decide to drop off my paper work this year because it should be a simple return. They had many issues with their system and forgot about my return until I called their office. The communication was poor. When they finally finished my return, it was wrong. I reached back out to the office and they blamed me for not uploading the documents correctly. She said that one of the documents wasn’t there earlier but that’s not true. All the documents were uploaded on the same day. I even sat in the store and uploaded exactly what they told me to, so I don’t understand what the issue is. Next year I’m going somewhere else.
