“I have to say, after talking to Miss Pam Evans about a issue I was having. She went well above the call of duty for her job. I thank her for her time and knowledge.
I was trying to find out information for my client and after being hung up on 3 times and and talking to the CSO in another location(OC) and being discounted for what I needed. I decided to go to the DB location and I talked to Pam( since I spoke a little prior to me issue).
I have a client that has a issue witht their Quartz and I was trying to find out who the regional rep is/was so I can ask them how to handle the situation my client is having. Pam got me all the vital info I needed to move forward with my task.
