My son has been going to these people since 2009. He called over and found out that they would not fill a pain medicine. It was a well used medication . they said because he is not a regular client which was so far from the truth!!! He tried to tell her that he had been going there since 2009.. her answer was well. They did not want to hear it. His doctor was down 4 doors then we got him onto insurance with Advent. He had regularly been getting 3 or more prescriptions there. Even for his pups. We can't help! Is what they said!!! Very unprofessional, and dealing with a situation like this and especially someone who has been a devoted client to them! We were always patient with them when they said they never received the prescription. They have gone downhill. This Mom and Pops pharmacy must have too many clients because they can't keep up . You can't use the discount cards there either!!!! so don't expect to save any money that way at that place! Disgusting how they run that place. Hope we never ever go into that shopping center again because I really don't wanna go near that place. It's just really a letdown.! if you have a lot of medicines that you need to be taking, I suggest you not get them all here because if you have any type of pain medicine, I guess they can't dispense pain medicine. I'm thinking they probably got in trouble or something happened. Because why would they not be able to dispense hydrocodone? We understand the regulations. Usually the doctors are investigated. The doctors and pain management doctors specifically I really strict. But not to fill the medication when the doctors prescribe it tells me that they cannot do this anymore. So you might as well pick out a new pharmacy. If you don't take any type of pain medicine, then if you like the cashier which whoever my son talked to was so unprofessional. They used to have good people they're working, but they're gone. We're not trying to tell you where to go but actually, I think I would find a more reputable pharmacy. Publix stays open late to allow patients who have late in the afternoon doctor appointments to be able to have their prescriptions filled. These people are only open till five. So make sure you have a morning appointment with your doctor's. It can become a hassle if you stay with them. Just wanted to give warning. These people that are on here talking about how they are so great maybe the people who are actually working there. I would just be cautious. And careful..

this had been my pharmacy since 2009. Recently got insurance and a new doctor. She called in my prescriptions and they told me they couldn't fill one of my prescriptions as they're not accepting any new patients. I guess my math is wrong considering I had been using them for almost 15 years. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anybody ever. Absolutely worthless and they have no consideration whatsoever for their customers who had been using them faithfully for years. Garbage pharmacy inconsiderate staff terrible customer service and they don't carry medication's people need. I wouldn't fill my dogs prescription there. Worthless, absolutely worthless pharmacy.

This is a great pharmacy. They took care of everything for my IV/IG They even got my medication approved before the denial letter from my insurance company came. They truly care about their patients. Christy was a great support during this time. She was truly a blessing to have for my treatments. She explained everything to my wife and I before my myasthenia gravis IV/IG. She was professional and caring. I will request that she be the nurse for all my treatments going forward. I can’t say enough good things about the pharmacy and Christy. Great group to be handling all your prescriptions.

Big shout out to Holly Hill Pharmacy they went out of their way to get my prescription filled on a must have basis. They expedited my insurance info and made the solution I needed for a bad infection and delivered the product in my opinion record time. I will recommend this business and if I could give it 10 stars I would . Their team was friendly and knowledgeable and made a must have emergency situation quite easy!!! I

I always try to support independent businesses I have enjoyed going here for many happy years I have 2 prescriptions on file I only refill one at a time alternating between them today when I arrived they had both filled I informed them I only requested 1 well they went off about how it was my fault and I needed to pay for both well it went down hill from that point I said that's ok I will not be back

They have what I need ready to go they don't ask any questions or need to see I.d. that's how it's suppose to work if they all were like this there would less spread of diseases that's for sure!!

We can’t say enough good about this pharmacy. Husband had a picc line put in due to surgical infection. Holly Hill Pharmacy got everything set up with insurance, called the doctor when needed, and timely delivered everything needed. The pharmacy and the people who delivered the supplies were all very nice people. They were such a refreshing surprise. Thank you all very much!

had holly hill back in 2020 and they were awesome…so in jan 2022 i had a picc line put in my arm again of course i had to request them again since in 2020 they did an awesome job…want to say rachel did a wonderful job changing my picc line dressing and so did eileen…i would request them again for anything!!!

I had a script called in and I always verify by calling the pharmacy myself to make sure everything is set. They told me they received it and would call me when it’s filled… come to the end of the day i hadn’t received a call so I stop by and I’m told no they can’t fill my script and to call my doctor and have it sent elsewhere… confused why they weren’t able to give me a call or heads but before the end of a workday??
