I stopped in here after a full day of driving. The hotel is right off of I95. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was soft. They have a restaurant so I ate dinner there instead of going to find somewhere else to eat. The waitress was friendly. The food was delicious, and I was served quickly. I went back to the restaurant the following morning for breakfast. They do not have a complimentary breakfast. I ordered off the menu. Breakfast was also good.

I was driving back out of the damaged area from the hurricane that had just come through and needed a place to stop and get some sleep. I got in around midnight on Sunday going into Monday morning. When I checked in I was told how much the room would cost and was also told that there would be a security charge of $100 that would fall off the next day. I questioned that because I worked in banking for 15 plus years and was told no 24 hours it'll fall off. Of course it didn't and when I called I was told it would take five to seven business days. Also around 7:00 in the morning someone started knocking on my door. When I checked to see who it was he said he was a maintenance man. I explained to him that I was still in the room and he said he needed to get into the room. I told him he could get into the room when I checked out but I was trying to get some sleep and get back on the road. As I was leaving in the morning I told the woman at the front desk about this experience. She looked at me hesitated and said, sorry about that. The room was nice. There wasn't really anything majorly wrong with the location but the service level was not that great. Probably the only bright spot was that when I got up I had breakfast and the food and service there was delightful.

They say you should accompany each negative with 3 positives. Hmm, let's try. Great location off I-95, nicely landscaped, free coffee. But no EV chargers, no front desk attendants at desk with telephone ringing unanswered, Coffee station in Lobby with tiny plastic creamers and no recycle bins instead of a thermos with milk or creamers. The bathroom had a tiny round bowl not big enough for a grown man. Shower with black caulk to hide mold? And $50 for dogs and no dog park or doggy poop station? Come on now

We had to evacuate our home because of hurricane Helene with our little dog, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed and treated great. The room was very clean and cozy. We will be coming back for our vacation in April.

The Manager (Scott Linderman) and Front Desk Supervisor Rikki make this place shine. We stay all over the country and this hotel is very well managed . Kudos to Rikki for making our stay Five (5) star. We always bring guests and Rikki makes sure every detail is perfect . We frequently stop to eat at this hotel for breakfast , even when we don’t stay here. This hotel is nice because of Scott’s managerial skills and Rikki’s customer service . We hope the owners are aware of same !

Great hotel for the price. Lobby and room were both very clean. Loved the walk in shower, excellent water pressure, but the floor caulk is moldy, definitely needs to be redone. The pool was clean and refreshing. Did not use the gym or restaurant. They do have a small area to purchase drinks/snacks and a few essentials. Beside the caulk my only issue is with the towels, so tiny. We will be back next month. Thanks
Rooms: Room had walk-in shower, desk with desk chair, dresser, armchair, mini fridge and mini microwave and a little coffee bar with coffee amenities, closet and two bedside tables each with its own lamp, and darkening curtains. Plenty of space

Wish I could rate this hotel higher but it was very disappointing. I stayed here 5 nights and it was underwhelming.
Pros: huge room, they upgraded me to a bigger room for free, convenient location
Cons: BLACK MOLD - after the first night I started having allergy symptoms and I noticed a lot of black mold by the windows, the workers were not very friendly, and the room key stopped working 3 times throughout my stay which required me to go down to the front desk to get it re-keyed, and there was no continental breakfast.
Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and stopped because of many reasons. Recently came to this hotel again only to realize it's still awful for many reasons. This hotel offers nothing, no breakfast included, they put a $100 hold for incidentals which is ridiculous. Their hotel wifi is the worst I've ever seen in any hotel it's literally non existant. The fan in the bathroom is so loud I can hear it two rooms over, everytime somebody flushes the toilet in their room it wakes the person up three rooms down. The front desk people are 50% great and 50% awful so hope you get the right one. The over priced restaurant is a joke when it's ever open. The TV reception because of rain worked 50% of the time with TV's from the year 2000 in the room. If I had to give advice to a person considerering this hotel I would definitely recommend another hotel.

Great customer service, amazing location! The room was huge we had a suite. The bathroom tube had leftover hair in it and the room smelled a funny.

The website said beachfront property but it wasn't. The people at the front desk seemed like they didn't know what they were doing at all. The room is clean but the mini fridge needs replaced and the bed didn't have a mattress cover nor did the pillows

This place is a Roach Motel!! There was a roach crawling up the wall in room #342 during my stay! Absolutely disgusting! I let the front desk clerk know about it and she wrote something down saying she was going to let the manager know. Let’s see how far that goes! I will never again stay at this hotel!!! It was absolutely horrible having to see a roach crawl up the wall! I don’t stay in roach motels ever and this was a total disaster! It ruined my vacation and I will let everyone know about my experience at this hotel. Not good at all! Invest in PEST CONTROL and get your roaches taken care of immediately!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! General Mgr just sent me an email apologizing and welcoming me back for a future stay?! NO THANKS!!!

The hotel itself was beautiful but this particular hotel did nothing special for me as an IHG member so there is no benefit. The rooms were very large and spacious but my room had mold around the window seal , the refrigerator was old but it kept my items cold. and mold in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room was pleasant.
