Wonderful store. Customer service does exist. I went to micheals craft store as well the same day and this was by far a better experience. Hobby lobby didn't force me to do my own checkout and had employees on the floor to answer questions and point me in the right direction. The store was also well stocked with a nice variety. I would highly recommend.

There were only two lanes open with 7 and 8 people in each line. There were 5 extra people near the registers putting things on the shelves. The manager should have stepped in to help. The cashier told me they were all doing the truck. Poor management.

Hobby Lobby was well organized with many items to choose from. The store was well lit and very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was minimal waiting to check out at the register. This was a pleasant experience.
