terrible customer service, we bought a bed rm. set, they said it would be a couple weeks they would let us know, called them after 3 wks and it was yea, i think this week. then we got 2 nightstands, another week on bed and dresser, then they forgot the slats for the bed, maybe next week on those. supposed to be today and here i sit wondering if and when. have called them and the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. rude and inconsiderate at best. will not buy from here ever again

My husband and I have been to every single furniture store in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Casselberry. We went into Haynes to look for a new living room set. We were greeted by Linda an associate at Haynes Brothers Furniture in Ormond Beach. Linda is friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. She was patient with all of our questions. She helped to pick out fabric which turned out to be fun! The covid19 put a temporary delay on receiving our new furniture but that's ok. Great store, great people, great experience. Wish we had found this store sooner. Highly recommended! A+++

i went to the port orange store with my sister sunday 6/30. i was greeted by sheryl anadio we found a bedroom set we wanted to purchase & she told us that it wouldn't be able to be delivered for 6 weeks. we then were told to try the ormond beach store as they were bigger. we said ok & asked her to price out the pieces & let us have a written total to work with. she replied that it was 4pm on a sunday & she didn't have time. i was appaled so i asked her for her name at witch time she told me she was not going to tell me. i took a card off the desk & asked if this was her she snached the card from me & told us to leave. on the way out i asked her assoiate waht her name was & she told me. i went back to the desk & retrieved the card & decided to wrrite & let you know that you have lost a customer. this needs to be addressed as this sheryl needs to not be workig with the public. i intend to leave a review on your facebook page as well as with the bbb. someone with that attitude should not be in customer service. i have never been treated so rudely.

Worst Furniture store in Volusia County! Buyer beware!! Worst customer service and service dept. The Furniture is far less than quality. It won't hold up and they stand behind nothing. From the minute you purchase and leave the store, you are on your own! A purchase from this company is like throwing your hard earned money out the window! Only gave 1 star because I had to put something to move forward. In my book the are a negative 10

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased a set of Ekornes Stressless couches over a year ago from them. In addition, we bought end tables, and a dining room set for a total of almost $13,000. The couches arrived with a hole in the leather which was small as if from a box cutter, but still, a hole. After multiple calls, and calmly trying to get it fixed or resolved in some way, we were completely blown off for a year, yes that's right, a year. They finally called and said they now "have time to repair the couch" and we scheduled it and were told it would take 4-5 days. It took 11 days without our main couch. I got nothing but attitude from Diane in "customer service" as well as the delivery driver despite my continued patience. I was told on at least 4-5 occasions that the owner would contact me regarding my dissatisfaction but that NEVER happened. We even purchased the protection plan. Do yourself a favor, skip this store if you are buying anything high end and go somewhere else. Even if you use a different Haynes Brothers, you will have to deal with these folks for any service issues and it will be a nightmare.
