The room was very clean. Great balcony view. Wish it would have been a king suite, but still a good room. Being so close to the beach was nice. They advertise a hot tub, but there isn’t one. We didn’t miss it, since we had a heated pool- which was great for November. Tiki bar was fun & food was good. Great location for shopping, sports or site seeing.Nearby activities: Shopping, race track & site seeing are nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is always clean and neat and has everything you need. That's why I always go to a Hilton because I know I will be satisfied and happy with my choice. I also love the digital key.

We have been coming to this same hotel for the last 8 years and this will probably be the last. We are supposed to wear these wristbands that show we are guests of this hotel. Well come to find out, they don't even check these and they let anyone come in and out as they please. It's pretty frustrating that we pay all this money to stay here and these groups of people come in, use the pool and have their kids throw rocks in it, order food and leave their trash everywhere, steal about 15+ towels, go into the lobby and steal cups/napkins/tea bags/sugar, etc. And these individuals seemed to know certain employees that were working and nothing was said to them; it was all allowed. You all need to get this under control or you are going to lose a lot of guests.

Hotel needs upgrades AC had problems working correctly. For the money it was worth what we paid a night around $100. Don't expect nothing special .

I have stayed at every single Hilton property in Daytona. I can promise u as a person who travels alot and stays in Hilton Properties you are making the best decision to stay at this property. I can't stress that enough. Yes there are other properties that are really good, but this is the one property that stands out from the rest. Yes you can stay at the oceanfront Hilton and pay much more for some outdated room and poor experience , or go down the street to what I consider is #2 in Daytona to the Hilton Garden inn, but if you want the quality and experience at its best... This is the Hilton property for you. The rooms are impeccable. Cleanliness is what I find to be meeting the bar that Conrad Hilton Set so many years ago. It don't matter if you choose a standard room or my favorite partial view oceanfront rooms, This is a property that any member of Hilton Honors would stay at. To the staff and mgmt/owner, well done. As a employee for Hilton, I can say I have ranked some properties as needing to be closed, and others as the Diamonds in the rough. This is a property that should be acknowledged as One of the best in the area. My gratitude goes out to all who work at this property, you all made me feel like I was at home.Like to state to all who read these surveys. Please take the time to stop and see this property. It's super clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is free as of now. It is about a mile from the busy area, but it's worth it. Diamond and Gold.. this is a property that exceeds even the Hilton oceanfront Location down the street. It takes one visit to know you are in a great place. In the past few months I have made 26 stays in Hilton Properties in Daytona. My benefits are much more at other locations, but I prefer to give them up, if I'm given a opportunity to stay at the Hampton. Safe travels to all.

Did not stay here just went to the tiki bar outback. Definitely recommend going to this tiki bar. I also noticed that the hotel lobby was very clean and neat. Next time in Daytona I will stay at this hotel and give it a try.

I always stay here when in town! Great balcony views, right in the beach and close to Seabreeze Blvd. there was construction last time I visited and it was loud, or I would give it 5 stars. Generally a good value, but is way overpriced during event weeks (like all Daytona Beach hotels are). Nice, friendly staff.

Unfortunately the access to the beach was down. Tiki hut on location was nice - drinks and service good - food was sub par but convenient

I’ve been here 3 times. My last visit wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was hair in the shower, & pee spots on the toilet. Luckily I bring my own Clorox spray on vacations so I cleaned it myself. I booked a room 5-8 floors. But was place on a lower floor. Service was very nonchalant. Long story short. I won’t be returning for that price I’ll choose another hotel.

Great rooms and great amenities! The sea wall is being redone , so there is no beach access unless you walk down the street a bit. Room service stops at 5, so if you need something done in the room, you have to wait until the next day of its late. They are dog friendly which we love!!

Don't get me wrong this is a great hotel, it's not there fault that the hurricane took out their sea wall, but we wasn't expecting to walk a mile to the beach, we had a two week notice that the construction was going on but didn't expect this much construction, regardless, the managers were great the hotel is very nice, check first to make sure the construction is finished, I'd stay again

Typical beach hotel. Breakfast was your normal hotel continental breakfast. Rooms were decent. Parking can be tight. They do have overflow parking across the street. Check in was a breeze. Elevators were quick. Quick beach access. Nice little tiki bar. Pool is decent. You have to wear a band to show you’re a guest. There were some unauthorized pool users one day that had to be kicked out. Staff wasted no time removing them, which is great for the paying guests trying to enjoy the pool. Would stay again.

My husband and i went for a long weekend. The hotel is very clean, employees always moping the floors or wiping down everything. Hand Sanitizer stations around the hotel which is nice. The free breakfast was decent and they do change the food every day , so its not the same stuff on repeat . The tiki bar is definitely a good environment, staff was very friendly and they do specials everyday. They are still under construction but everything is stillOpen and available. Location is great, right on the beach. Only issue we encountered was parking but the storm did take away a whole row of spots so i would recommend not leaving the hotel around checkin time because u will lose your spot and might not be another available. I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again.Food & drinks: The food was good, we ate a couple of poolside snacks and we were not disappointed. We had a variety of drinks at the bar and they were good.

I want to start by saying I’ve never stayed here, this has little to do with the hotel and all to do with whoever the big guy is managing (or pretending to manage) the tiki bar. I live a mile down the road and have always been a big supporter of the place. We visited many times even after last years hurricane trying to support the staff and locals. I’ve had multiple family members stay for weeks at a time at the hotel while visiting us. We’ve always looked after the staff and have tried to take good care of them. I’ve always suggested and supported the place. We’ve stopped in for cocktails and appetizers at the tiki bar numerous times. It’s been a lot of fun in years past. Tonight was a different story. I had told my parents what a great little place it was and that we should swing in. Side note - The DJ was super nice, very welcoming. We parked one spot away from the side entrance. We walked under a piece of caution tape and the guy decided to chastise everyone in the party, like insane, super embarrassing, very unprofessional. He really enjoyed flexing his muscle. And trust me it wasn’t properly blocked off. I’d probably still recommend this place for tourists and visitors to the area (because from what I saw they were treated different) but I would strongly discourage locals from visiting. If this guy is still around, I promise you, they don’t care for your business.
