Heather is an excellent associate with a general knowledge on all products related to audio and guitar. Super interesting person and helpful with the multitude of questions I had regarding repair and mixers. Deserves a big fat raise!! Also as a woman, seriously nice to know us girls are still the best in the guitar game and sales/retail too!

I went in to look at BC Rich and found something better. While trying a couple smooth axes, Darien rubbed all the tension from my shoulders while explaining the different woods that made up the guitar. He was firm yet gentle and I felt safe and well informed. After he loosened me up, he offered to pull out his short scale he told me so much about. I took him up on this and he got it out for me to gaze upon. I quickly wrapped my hand around the neck and put my fingers in all the right places to make it sing. After taking his short scale for a test drive he continued to engage in a very pleasurable service experience. He took me to the acoustic guitar room where we were finally alone and surrounded by many mid priced guitars and the smell of cedar and dirty men. He took full control and needless to say really made me feel special with he strong, muscular physique. He also explained the number of financing options available in his deep non threatening voice. Unfortunately they didn't have the guitar I was looking for but I felt like I found something better. If you're looking for a hands on customer service experience, look no further then manager Darien. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Dave the luthier at guitar canter did an outstanding job on my 1985 kramer st-100. He rided the wiring, and installed a seymour duncan 78 humbucker into it. Now it plays amazing.

Have purchased many guitars and equipment from guitar center in Daytona beach. Always a pleasant experience. But when it came time to have one of the guitars restrung and set up and even better experience was given to us by employee Dave Braun. Not only did he take it upon himself to adjust the neck of the guitar but he also buffed out a rough spot on the finish handing us back an almost brand new guitar. Please ask for Dave upon your visit. Highly experienced! Thank you Dave!!!
